His deep ball isn't going to change much this year.  It's going to take added strength, timing, and mechanics.  This isn't something that happens on a week to week basis.  I'd lower my expectations a little if I were you.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not expecting the kid to throw a 60 yard spiral on a dime. I know it takes time to develop a young QB, and I have patience. To be frank, I love this kids game, but seeing as how the Eagles gameplan over the past years has been quick strikes leading to a DJax bomb, I would like to see a couple of close targets over 30 yards.

I don't expect Foles to be Tom Brady tomorrow. That would be unfair.

It looks like Polumbus will be cleared to play on sunday but he has struggled this year. Right tackle is our weakest link on the offensive line.

I'm much more interested in how RG3 does next year. We all see what happened to Cam Newton after Carolina's read-option offense was figured out. I think RG3 will be fine, but we won't know for sure until he's forced to start beating teams with his arm on a weekly basis. Keeping him healthy is the real challenge, he doesn't seem to careful when he runs.

I wonder which Eagle gets put on IR after this game with a bruise.

other coordinators know how to stop the read option, the thing with rg3 is he sells it so good you never know who's going to get the ball

It is going to be interesting to see if any of these players can play themselves into a roster spot?
I don't expect the players to quit, some of these guys might have two starts left in their careers
Mind you I'm not saying the eagles will win, just that it has the potential to be a bodybag game for Washington.
Expect two hard hitting afairs the next two weeks, as I posted previously:

I can't believe McCoy is playing. If he get hurt and cannot play next season it just retards our growth as a team. Brown, lewis, and Polk should be running the rock. We know what McCoy brings.

so we lost the game. big deal we played as a team for four quarters and came up 10 seconds short. Isn't that ultimately a good result anyways? Foles played solid and drove us down field, the defense got two critical stops, and we did most of the checklist.

Not sure they overlooked us but we came out and got an early lead.
all of the pressure was on them.
we played like we had nothing to lose
we certainly did a better job against rgIII the second time around.
Foles threw for 349 including some downfield throws so i'm pretty sure they did in fact gameplan against the screens.
We took shots down field and foles did a much better job with the deep ball.
Mccoy looked very good.
We went for it on 3 forth downs (that certainly has the feel of playing like its the sueprbowl)
Unfortunately we had 2 turnovers instead of 1 but our ratio still came out to -1
our d line did a pretty good job against morris. statistically it wasn't a pretty defensive day but they gave us a chance to win.

all in all we did everything on the checklist and came up two yards short.
