Look at someone like Shanahan you give him Young, Elway, RG3 he looks like a genius.  Give him Grossman and an over the hill McNabb and he looked in over his head.

i voted safety. i think thats our major issue and one of the reasons why we've been so bad all year.

A great coach does more with less talent than a great QB can.

An alternate example would be with movies.. Great directors rarely make a bad film, while even the best actors star in critical duds.

EASILY coach. How often do great coaches get left out of the playoffs?

So many teams have to learn the hard way (Ie many losing seasons) to find a QB that is franchise material
