I'm gonna go with the Jags. They have all the problems the other ones have (no qb, bad roster, coaching change coming up) AND they have no fans. It's the only place in the NFl that can't even sell tickets.
Jets, Eagles, Chiefs are bad teams but the fundamentals are there to turn it around. Bills and Raiders have support from the fans at least. The Jags are so bad they will sign Tebow to sell tickets. No other NFL team needs to resort to that kind of bush league stunt.

I voted Raiders, although most of the teams with high draft picks will have to look elsewhere for franchise saving players. This is looking like one of the weaker first rounds in recent memory.

Well, when they are ok as a team, they do. Have you seen the stands at the past couple of Raider games?? Almost no one in the upper bowl.
And damn, are the Raiders the only team left in the NFL that doesn't have their own stadium (they share with the A's)?
