I think everyone knows who Arians is, and i think some know who Trgovac is, but Fichtner Could be an important gog. He started as WR coach for the steelers under Arians and as of now serves as QB coach of the steelers. Did some good things with holmes, wallace antonio brown and sanders.

Im really liking this idea at the moment.

I endorse them.  Just add in Bill Polian for GM and that would be ideal.

I like this idea but the only thing is I have a hard time seeing Arians leave the Colts after the attachment and bond he developed with the team this year.

If Arians is willing to go after an NFL head coaching job, I could see him looking to the Pittsburgh staff for his own staff. It reminds me of when Spagnuolo got the Rams job. He looked to what he knew. He went to the Eagles for Pat Shurmur.

With what little an how inexperienced the Colts were for him to take over the freaking Colts that are rebuilding and to take them to 10-5 and the playoffs with a rookie Qb? that has to be one of the finest coaching jobs ever. the guy makes gutsy calls, seems to be a fun coach and is great in press conferences answering questions and just being open with the fans. The colts have a potent offense and the team just plays as one as a tem sure. All that said i want that here, we need bruce forget Chip Kelly. For all we know Chip might be just a great offensive coordintor like rex is a def coord and not a coach. Just look at Bruce's track record with the Stealers, we need some of that Steelers luster somebody who has been around and from a winning organization, why not from the Steelers an org that is as most respected as there is. He might be able to bring a different view and ideas of how an org should be ran.

THIS! :-)

Anyone who goes back far enough and remembers when Arians was here in Philly as head coach of Temple (when other then he was there, Temple was a laughingstock of college football before Al Golden came along), he actually almost got Temple to a bowl game during a time when Temple rarely had winning seasons (including a 7-4 record under Arians in 1990).  He has been LONG overdue to get a head coaching gig of his own and he would be the first one I talked to, even ahead of Chip Kelly.

If u hate andy you will hate arians.  I saw many bonehead play calls when he was with Pitt.  The Colts have a easy schedule also.

I don't think he would leave, not even for a HC job or more money.  Can't walk away from what's going on there and there's no guarantee Pagano can handle the workload.  They need him there just as much as a new team needs him as a HC.  They could give him a nice raise to keep him too.

Here's the thing, they may be interested in him but he may not be interested in taking a head coaching job especially after the bond he developed with the Colts in the absence of Chuck Pagano.

I think that the Chip Kelly talk is speculation.  Lurie went for a lesser name when he hired Andy.  I think Lurie will most likely select a NFL coordinator than a college coach who runs a gimmicky system.   I think guys like Jay Gruden and Bruce Arians could be on Lurie's wishlist.

Except it wasn't Arians in 1990, it was Jerry Berndt. The best Arians did was going 6-5 in 84, and 86, with the 86 record being wiped from the books, I believe because Paul Palmer was ineligible. With that being said, I think he'd be a great coach. The biggest thing against him is his age.

Seriously now, you are going to judge a guy because of 1 year ??? Really.
I think you might want to go look at his history of almost 25 years in the NFL not just 1.
Listen, did the Colts have a pretty good year ??? Absolutely.
Again, you can't just look at what someone did for a single season. LOTS OF COACHES AND PLAYERS HAVE A SINGLE SEASON OF GREATNESS.

If Arians took a head coaching job somewhere, it's quite possible that Clyde Christensen would go with him. At first I didn't see why people wanted him but I didn't know he coached under Arians at Temple.

I forgot, it had been so long.  I do remember Arians having success here with Temple (6-4-1 and 6-5 seasons were considered successful for Temple back then, especially given Temple often had to play "payday" games where they would get creamed by far superior opposition).

Point is, Arians deserves a shot at becoming a head coach and he would make the most of it.
