Mine would be Brian Kelly of ND. i think he is an up and coming coach that i wouldnt be shocked leaves ND for the NFL. I like his no nonsense attitude and his teams are always physical even at cincy they were.

as i write this i just realized this could become filled with all kinds of responses that are going to be ridiculous

Not sure if he is a surprise, but Mike McCoy, the OC for Denver. He was able to manipulate his whole offense to support Tim Tebow, then was able to do a complete 180 and have it support Manning. Not like supporting Manning is hard, but to get your players to thrive in both schemes is really inpressive.

Should be a surprise and is a  real long shot - Rob Ryan. I'm hoping for Vic Fangio but I think it will be Jon Gruden.

brian a kelly a surprise tho? hes def a good coach, but it wouldnt be much more then a surpirse then a chip kelly.. a surprise would be some one like... Mike Gleeson.

Actually it was Manning who implemented his system, not McCoy working his system around Manning.

That settles it then!! Manning wins the super bowl retires while he is on top and then becomes the head coach of the eagles!!!!
