Rd. 1: OT Luke Joekel Texas A&M
Rd. 2: TE Zack Ertz Stanford
(I think we trade back into the 2nd rd.)-trading 2014 2nd rd. pick, and a player Jamar Chaney)
Rd. 2: FS Kenny Vacarro Texas
Rd. 3: SS Shawn Williams Georgia
Rd. 4: OG Alvin Bailey Arkansas
Rd. 5: DT Abry Jones Georgia (surgery on injury-he drops).
Rd. 6: OT Manase Foketi West Texas A&M (according to some source we have a 6th rd. pick, some don't).
Rd. 7: WR Marquess Wilson Washingston St.
Rd. 7: (Additional pick via trade) OLB Mike Mauti Penn State (to play SLB)- Eagles may take a flier on this guy, due to his intangibles.

Rd. 2: TE Zack Ertz Notre Dame - He doesn't play for Notre Dame, he plays for Stanford. Not a bad pick, but he's a little stiff for my liking. Personally I like a few later TE prospects better in terms of value, but I'd be happy with Erts.
(I think we trade back into the 2nd rd.)-trading 2014 2nd rd. pick, and a player Jamar Chaney)
Rd. 2: FS Kenny Vacarro Texas - I don't think he'll be available and I don't think your trade makes sense. Chaney is worth almost nothing (maybe a 6th at most). Typically picks loose about a round in value (meaning a 2nd next year is worth about a 3rd this year), so by that logic Chaney is enough to move from the 3rd this year to the 2nd.
Rd. 3: SS Shawn Williams Georgia - I like the pick.
Rd. 4: OG Alvin Bailey Arkansas - Personally I don't think Bailey lasts until the 4th. He's a big bodied NFL guard that should provide depth from day one.
Rd. 5: DT Abry Jones Georgia (surgery on injury-he drops).- Interesting value pick there. With him having ankle surgery not to long ago I wonder what kind of combine or individual workouts he'll be able to show scouts. He could be a guy they draft, but IR almost immediately.
Rd. 6: OT Manase Foketi West Texas A&M (according to some source we have a 6th rd. pick, some don't). - Raw tackle that would be brought in to develop. Not bad.
Rd. 7: WR Marquess Wilson Washingston St. - To me he's a Todd Pinkston with some sort of team conflict behind him. Not sure what happened with his suspension/quitting. He's got some talent, but at 6'4 and only being 185 lbs I wonder if his body can make the transition.
Rd. 7: (Supplemental Pick) OLB Mike Mauti Penn State (to play SLB)- He'd be a special teamer that could develop into something. Issue with Mauti is his knees, but with the

His statement was about Vaccarro going in the 1st rd. instead of the 2nd. My reply was that there is essentially a chance, due to need. If your asking if there is a need for quality CB in the league, that goes without saying. The cornerback position has a few standouts, but drops off considerably after rd. 2. Top Tier CB are not in abundance this year, although the need is always there.

I meant, what about CB? To your mock draft.

Maybe, but tons of mocks have him going in the 2nd. But you know, some team might like him better than the other safeties (I do) and he might not last till 2. Elam, Reid, and Vaccaro could all go in the first. I like the depth at several positions of need for the Eagles and would almost prefer a trade back instead of making the pick at 4 or 5.

Our Coleman? Vacarro is more athletic, faster, and has better range. They also play two different positions. Not sure about the comparison, but either way thanks for the thoughts.
I actually like Rambo also, but not sure how that will play out.

Coleman was a poor comparison. Nate Allen is a great comparison. Athletic, but wont tackle. I dont want Vacarro at all.

Right, I did say this is how I see it playing out, not necessarily who I WANT.
If I had my way we would trade and manuever to get the following picks in the 1st 3 rds.
1) Manti Te'o
2) Eric Fisher
3) Zack Ertz
After that I would go for OG, FS, CB, then depth.
The problem is we have so MANY needs right now, and not ENOUGH picks!
