This offseason should do wonders for Foles improve his footwork which should help improve his deep ball accuracy.

Maybe, maybe not. I'm just not sold on this kid yet.  Lacking playmaking ability in crunch time, 7 games is enough evaluating for any qb.  To look at how relaxed and poised RG3 was vs Foles should tell you something when the guy was like 75%.  Foles needs a lot of work to become a winning qb.

Damn Foles played with a broken hand yesterday???? or did it happen on the lasst play of the game.... I remember them saying he injured it pretty early on in the game but kept playing.

Bout as good as Brandon Wheeden, nothing more. Besides he has more tools than Wheeden.

Vick should start, he's the best out of the 3, no brainer.

How can you say Foles wasn't poised???? he took a beating I will say that he missed the throw to Maclin but he also made the throw to Moore so both would have been TD's if made and tied the game.

If if Foles played the game with a broken had that is even more amazing that shows his toughness.

3D...yes i just read that Foles broke it in the first half of Sundays game..... he still lead us in position to win the game had Moore caught that TD pass would we still be having this talk bout Foles still I wonder????? Or would be be another Bucs game thing were he did it against a bad secondary ????

RG3 only threw 24 times...Shaggy 48...big difference.

93...like i said before. i have no problem where Shaggy is at in his development.

3D....I thought Foles was the better QB sunday he got hit alot and made alot of great throws.... I was still amazed by that shovel pass he did to Shady while being tackled that is a sign of a playmaker

Foles gave Moore 2chances at a TD neither was caught though....The deep pass was a tough one but still possible catch and score.

i want to point out to r.shackleford, whom i adore, that bri wasn't the only person banned and forbidden to speak. while i can understand why he was banned, what is beyond me is the banning of snorpus blart, whose writings were erased as well, and i will miss him a lot.

i'm still very angry at the way this website is moderated.

whole9....Brandon weeden as his whole OL which is pretty good,Trich,and his starting WRs(greg little and Josh gordon are pretty good BIG WRs) Foles has been playing with backups most of his starts no a fair to compare really is it...... Is Foles on the level of Andrew Luck,Rg3 no but if he was he wouldn't have been a 3rd round QB....

Foles is comparable to all the other rookies starting this year after 6 starts and he improved every week, too bad he has to miss the last game because at this point its only worth watching to see the young guys play.

So everyone that bashed Foles for the last 6starts is Vick going to get the same treatment if he turns the ball over and we lose the game.....I feel like people were alot easier on the 10yr vet then they are on the 3rd round rookie QB

they have 7 1/2 starts to see what Vick has plus all of 2011 and 2010 if he can't get a job on that he doesn't deserve to play in the NFL again lol

Speaking of good rookie seasons, how about BleedingGreen93 with his 40th shot this year?

I could see Shaggy's right hand was swollen badly, sorry it's broken...Still, I would have preferred he tell his coaches he was having trouble gripping and throwing the ball acccurately. Edwards was ready to save the day. I get the "playing tough" part, but a QB's got to know his limitations, and the "smart" move would have been to remove himself from the game in the 4th quarter.

TJ...thanks first off.....Next Foles had the game won in the 4th qtr. are TE Moore just has to make that easy catch and score simple as that. Foles missed the Maclin throw but he gave us another chacne to win the game also so that kinda evens out for me

yes they were, because there is the element of frustration that comes into the equation. they were expecting foles to be 'the one'. and clearly when he turned out not to be, they were disappointed..

but, as much as you adore my being here, it's time for me to go to the kitchen and keep grinding. my menu would make brizer's knees weak.

Foles may have showed some promise but he is no Luck or RGIII or even a Russell Wilson. Lokk what these 3 did in the first season. Took worst to first teams to the top of their divisons. Let's hope if we stick with Foles he will improve with a better line to protect him.
