I know the O-line will be the topic of discussion leading into the draft but I think the Eagles needs to address the Cornerbacks going into 2013. I dont see the Eagles keeping both DRC and Nnamdi. From all the reports, this kid has all the tools to be a impact player. He is 6'2, 215, fast, athletic and is very physical jamming WR at the line. Does anyone know more about this kid. Is he first round material?

I think the somewhat general consensus is that he's between a mid 1st round and an early 2nd round talent. He's worth a first round pick in my book, but not where we're currently picking.

Most people have Rhodes as the 2nd or 3rd CB in the draft (behind Dee Milliner and Johnthan Banks). If we went after a guy like Rhodes, a likely scenario would be to trade back in the first round. Maybe something like getting St. Louis' two first rounders so that we can take Jake Matthews at OT and Rhodes at CB.

I would love to get a big corner like rhodes. Can play press coverage and help in run defense but can still cover. I wouldnt mind seeing eagles trade back. If they could get xavier rhodes, and eric reid with the early 2nd round pick. I think the defense already will be much improved with just those 2 moves. Also, Kawann short or another DT to play along side fletcher cox should be considered in this draft

HATER!!  Lol, why exactly?  He's my fav in the draft.  I like Banks, Poyer, Wreh-Wilson and McFadden as well.

Anyway Bueller. I like him, he's very physical I just feel like this is a weak CB draft and he's not that great compared to where he would go compared to another year loaded with CBs. Perhaps it's just me but if rather address CB in the FA market this season rather then the draft

The CB's in this draft are pretty deep...the FA crop sucks.

As long as we don't go CB in the first. I want no part of milliner. I think he gets a bump playing for Bama. He's good but not that good. We sign someone in FA then take, Rhodes, Poyer, trufant, or banks if he slips. I'm cool with that

I wouldn't mind Jefferson a little later. My only complaint with him is that he tackles too high. I'm sick of safeties that can't tackle lol

was sooo bummed when we missed out on Jenkins last year i thought he would be a stud and he has shown that...
getting  guy like Xavier seems just as unlikely to me but i woull love to have the kid. i really like his size and he is about one of the best cover corners in the class this year... i would have no  problem letting him face off one on one with an opponets number one wideout unless it was a small shifty guy like Ace sanders, or jacoby jones or randall cobb.,.

IMO that wouldn't drop a guy that much, he gets flagged because he gets beat a decent bit, which causes the PI. He has all the tools so its all correctable though

DRC has better tools than him. I know nothing about Rhodes other than his measurables but I can't stand having another guy who relies on elite athleticism to play corner.

I don't think he gets flagged because he gets beat... it's because he's soo physical all the time. Even when he doesn't need to be, he forces contact on receivers

You do know that Jacoby Jones is 6'2...he doesn't even look small when you see him on TV.

Putting a value on CB's is so hard.  Generally there is a run on them in the teens through the 20's.  This draft is stocked with talent.  Rhodes towers above all except Banks possibly.  If Wreh-Wilson had a healthy college career he'd be in contention.

I believe it's because he's only ever played zone coverage, but I'd bet he ends up going in the 1st, especially if he has a strong showing at the combine.
