Draft:
trade 4th ovr to stl for 17th ovr and 22 ovr

1. Justin Hunter WR Tennessee (6'4" 200lbs)
Tall, long athlete with an exceptional catching radius and reach.

1. Kenny Vaccaro SS Texas (6'1" 218lbs) .... Could possibly reverse the order of drafting these 2, taking Vaccaro 1st then Hunter 2nd
I've noticed Vaccaro is pretty popular in these boards.  He'd be a great player to fill in the other safety position for us.

2. Xavier Rhodes CB Florida State (6'2" 200lbs)
Physical Corner, willing tackler in the running game. Would be a great long term solution in our defensive back field.

3. William Gholston DE Mich St (6'6" 278lbs)
Big defensive end, he'll be a project player. He plays a little stiff and needs to work on his pass rushing moves but could become a great defensive end for us with the right coaching.

4. Da'Rick Rogers WR Tennesse Tech (6'3" 206lbs)
Big strong WR, able to beat press coverage with ease.  Could become a major threat along side Justin Hunter.

5. Gabe Ikard C/G Oklahoma (6'3" 288lbs)
Brought in to develop and for more depth

6. Manase Foketi T West Texas A&M (6'5" 320lbs)
Developemental Tackle for us.

Do this without jake long and I think you've got yourself a good mock draft.

Maybe a bit late for Rodgers in the 4th. I think he maxes out at 3rd round. I have no problem letting Maclin and DeSean go.

ya i wasnt really sure about that either.... i saw some where that he was mocked to us in the fourth so i put him there, but id deffinitely take him in the 3rd instead of William Gholston.

And whats your problem with picking up Jake Long?
everyone has us taking Joeckel to get a great young tackle so i figured picking up Long would do just that without waisting one of our picks on it

Jake Long is the only player worth keeping on the Dolphins' offense, they'll lock him up.

I agree that they should, but I've heard that they wont... i dont know why they wont but that's what sources have said

ya Kyle Long could be some one to look into, maybe if we can trade up into the 2nd and get Rogers WR, then with our 3rd take Long OT

If they did get Jake Long, moving Peters to RT isn't as easy as moving him on a made depth chart. You have to flip everything you do...

Just don't think we do it this late in his career.

Dolphins have fat stacks this offseason.
