Hey Dave, Is he going to have final say on personnel?  Howie Roseman doesn't have the track record to make the final decisions. We need to get a experienced NFL coach to make the final decisions. Why is Howie Roseman going ahead and signing guys to the roster? It should be up to the head coach. I'm really disappointed where this team is going.

I actually thought about that, but we're about 17 or 18 years late on that one. He should have been hired back in 1994 or 95 when we were talking to him.
