Rams aren't going anywhere anytime soon to be honest. I do like that Janoris Jenkins though. Great pick.
The Rams were actually a playoff contender at one point this year and went from 2-14 to 7-8-1 in Fisher's first season. They beat the Redskins, Seahawks and 49ers...who they also tied. Fisher has the Rams headed in the right direction but health always seems to be the biggest problem for them. As for the Titans...they are poorly run and have a nutjob for an owner. Remember how he said Vince Young was more important to the Titans than Fisher was. Fisher was smart enough to see VY just didn't have what it took to be a NFL starter but the owner was so in love with VY...even posed for a Christmas card together with him.

It was time for Fisher. It was time for Reid. It was time for Cowher, too.

Sooner or later, it's just time. Time to go, time for a change.

The key thing is to manage the transition correctly. Tennessee doesn't seem to have done that. Munchak is 15-17, though he has been retained.

If the Eagles do this right, they can be good again and it shouldn't take long. There's potential for a quick turnaround.

Exactly:

As much as we loved what Reid did, it was time for him to move on as a change of scenery will help.  He was the last remaining coach in the league who was with his then-current team before the current century started.   There had been 104 coaching changes between when Andy was hired by the Eagles and then was fired.

Finding the right replacement is key.  If the Eagles can get Bruce Arians, I think he can make the transition successful (and this year coupled with when he was HC at Temple in the mid-1980s when he got two winning seasons out of a school that was a laughingstock of college football at times speaks volumes).  Otherwise, I would go with Lovie Smith, who were it not for Adrian Peterson having one of the all-time greatest seasons in NFL history probably would still be the Bears head coach.

We were in shambles the last two years with a "top tier coach" what is your point again?

Injuries KILLED this team this season. 4/5 of our starting OL was out, Djax, McCoy, etc...

Every coach will have a bad year here and there IMO. I dont think there is a better coaching option out there right now then Andy Reid is IMO
