Forget Nolan, hire McCoy.
Catering your offense to your personnel would be a great quality in a head coach.

McCoy did good because manning ran the offense not him. Sigh.

McCoy would be a nice hire. Nolan would be a great DC just not the new HC of the Eagles. Bill O'Brien would be a great hire too but that buyout is too steep for any owner to pay. It's not my money so Jeff Lurie can write that check and we can get our new head coach that works for me, just not sure if he will do that.

McCoy was the coordinator for Kyle Orton who played his best football, then changed the offense on the fly to cater to Tebow.
He caters the offense to the personnel, sounds like a refreshing idea that I can get down with.

Tebow had a defense to help him. Last I checked our defense was completely crap. Also Ortans best numbers also came in the season they had the easiest season, not hard to look good when your playing the bottom of the barral.
