Is he considered top notch?  If so what would you give up in a trade?  Would you trade down to like 10 pick up some extra picks then trade for him with the 10th pick?  Would you trade with STL and get their two first then trade pick 17rd1 for him?  Is he worth it.  Andy might do us a favor.

I'd trade whatever to get him, but we won't. Like Hali, he's a cornerstone to that defense to build upon.

Yeah, I'm sure he's just dying to weaken his new team to strengthen the one that just fired him.

Was it ed wade that went to houston and helped the phillies out numerous times?  It can happen because people are human.  I just remember berry from college and he was a stud.

it was his first year back from it. He not everybody is Adrian Peterson.

I would easily give up our second rounder for him. I remember wanting to give up the house for Berry in the 2010 draft. Our first two picks plus a 1st in 2011. Looking back I would have loved to do that. It would have equated to the Nate Allen and Danny Watkins picks. now with all of that being said I cant imagine Reid would give up on him

Looking past the Madden trade proposal here does anyone know how Berry's pro career as gone so far?  Obviously he was hyped coming out of college, but KC gets so little media coverage due to being relatively inconsequential.

He's been so-so. Actually his rookie year was up and down. Had some good moments and some moments he's like to have back. 2nd year was lost in game one to injury. This year was more missed tackles and blown coverages than his rookie year.

As someone who loved Berry coming into the NFL and watched a good amount of his games I'm not really sold on him. I think he's better than Nate Allen, but not much. Him making the probowl his first and third year was on name alone.

Very good player, but overrated, especially on these boards. He has yet to show at the NFL that he's an elite safety. Also tore his ACL. STill, he's young and talented. I'd give up a mid-first or the equivalent. Not that the Chiefs are gonna trade him

To me he's got some Laron Laundry to him. He was the 'can't miss' safety of that draft. Touted as having all this coverage range that just never panned out in the NFL. He was essentially a bust until Washington limited his responsibilities and made him a SS. Now injuries are the theme, but he's on his 2nd team and will probably end up somewhere else this offseason.
