At this point I'm not too high on Chip Kelly as many are...way too much hype.
I'd like to see McCoy or Arians get the job and wouldn't mind Marrone as a close runner up.

I disagree that they're lost. They have their guy but does it really matter if we know who it is? The Eagles for years have been a team to put out the info they want for the public to have and there's nothing wrong with. When has anybody known the Eagles true intentions on an issue before they're ready for anybody to know about it? Look how they kept the Castillo promotion quiet from everybody. Or the signing of Asomugha. Or that Michael Vick was gonna be signed or that they were even interested in him. They'll put out the info they want you to have and they'll keep the truth quiet and I don't have a problem with that. That doesn't mean that they're lost or don't know what they're doing or anything else like that.

This. Seems to me they are turning over every stone in an attempt to find the best candidate. IMO it would be a mistake to have thier mind set on one guy and hiring him without exploring other options.

Also look at who those franchises are though. KC? Cleveland? Buffalo? Chargers? Alot of these teams havent been relevant for awhile. Which tells me they dont make good decisions from a FO aspect. Im not surprised by what Im seeing and I also dont think what Philly is doing is wrong/bad.

i agree i actually think the reason we haven't heard the eagles in deep interest with anyone is because the guy they truly want is still in the playoffs coaching. i believe bradley is high on their list and possibly arians. if they have meetings with both i fully expect the eagles to be linked to one of the two. that said, i think we really should cheer for washington so we can interview bradley and not have to wait even longer.

I think were interested in someone we havent been able to interview yet because of NFL rules...
In other words Jay Gruden, that Seattle Def coach Gus Bradley, or Arians.

Exactly, its the media grasping at straws that is creating the illusion of any confusion in the FO. The FO has a plan, has had a plan and they are following it.
