No Thanks. The Bengals can keep him. I'd rather have the Defensive Coordinator in Cincinnati.

I agree we need a D minded coach but if we have to have an O minded guy, I am cool with him or his father. Cause they know some D as well. Plus he has a good resume and has good connects. Prob same or close to his father. Good coaching bloodline. Think Zimmer is staying anyway.

After watching Cincy's offense today, I'd say NO to Jay Gruden. That was a pathetic display.

I want a O and D minded head coach that is why they are head coach his selection of D cordinator has to be a good one.
