We Need Leaders, Not Schemers

So before we start naming all the CFB HC's and NFL coordinators we want, we need to be searching for leaders, not necessarily successful O and D schemers. I hope the new HC hires the brilliant schemers as their OC and DC, while the HC is out there kicking A$% and getting this roster to play to their potential (or finding players who will).
Do you have faith Howie and JL know how to find that person? I believe in JL, but not sure about Howie.

I don't mind young, but there needs to be a veteran presance with a voice. Hoping Ryans is that person. Apparently he didn't do good enough with all the reports coming out about players not wanting to be led or even gining an ish.

Also this starts at the top, the ego's and all of that need to go. I would like to see any coach who understands what this team went through last season and hold them all accountable. You don't want to try? Ok you can sit.
Bottom line is there are players in this league who will open their mouth and will hold their friends and teammates accountable. Dawkins did it, Peyton does it, theyre are plenty of players who do it. We need the coach to do it as well.
A coach can only do so much, he can't force a player to try, if they arnt willing to put in the time then remove them. We never had this problem before, how we let this happen is beyond me.

Schemers = Bellicheck, Bill Wlash, Holmgren, Sean Payton, Joe Gibbs.
Leaders = Bill Parcells, Ditka, Cowher, Jimmy Johnson

The case isn't 100% shut. Chip Kelly has about a 40% chance of ending up being the guy and if he is there is about a 25-35% chance they keep Vick.
Unlikely, but not completely crazy, especially since there is next to nothing available at Qb this off season.

The Eagles must retain Mike Vick. He is a very dynamic player who can run and is also is fast. Must I also mention his leadership skills? He did get a few of his teammates to attend the players only meeting that he called. What a guy!!!

The point I was making is AR didn't want players to lead. That is why he stocked a team of young players with no leaders. He seemed to be threatened by outspoken players (just my take). We need a coach who can lead and have leaders below him. Captains in the true sense, not because of position. He inherited B Dawk. He died with TO and got scared off from that point.
