I really like what I've from seen from him. He's a big receiving tight end, who can also block. I think he would be a good late draft pick, probably the 6th round.

we got more room and playing time for another TE then a WR. And Eifert blocks good. do your research. and we need Eifert if anyone thinks otherwise you dont know much.

Unfortunately I feel like Eifert will go to high for us. I don't want to burn a high pick on a TE. Late second? Yeah but that's assuming we amast another second and he's still there, which he won't be. We're in a pretty rough situation right now, so many needs and not enough picks

Yeah, he has really impressed me all year. He doesn't really have the route-running or ball skills to be a passing tight end, but when it comes to the run game god he is one of the best edge/outside blockers there are. He is just an Alabama type of football player.

When you watch Seferian-Jenkins play the first thing that jumps out to you is his size. He is HUGE. With that being said, there are a lot of things i want to see Seferian-Jenkins improve to next year. He has flashes, but a lot of inconsistency at times. I think he could be Celek's replacement.

not really. depends on how we approach FA. get a S and SAM LB and we good. We havent drafted a skill position player in the 1st two rounds since shady, we are due.

Too many good OLs and DBs who go high to go for Eifert. TE is more of a luxury to go that high. Draft as a whole looks better when we get a great TE late in Fauria

good thing we dont need an OL and hopefully take care of our DB need in FA.

Tyler is too special to pass up IMO. He is what foles and this offense needs.

thats what i've noticed too - this guy is a freaking beast. I live in vegas so most saturdays i got the pac-12 match up and I watched the Las Vegas bowl too. Ive seen 3 or 4 UW games and this guy is a defeinate player. He's 6-6, so he'd be a great RZ target. personally, i'd love to have him next year

You don't think we need another lineman? Assuming everyone is back at what they were before we're still down a starter. Unless of course we sign a guy like Albert or Long in FA OL is a big need in the draft. Though I do see DB possibly adressed in FA

Eh I want one more solid lineman like above average starter quality to fill RT move Herremans then keep Kelly Scott Watkins etc all as quality backups and even rotate them in. Then I would be okay grabbing a TE early.

No offense butcher but every thread I go into I see multiple posts from u stating how badly we need effect.  Hate to break it to u but we don't we have alot more holes that need to b filled before a backup te is chosen.  Guy is a real good te but not what we need unless we trade down ten times in the first and pick up tons of other picks to fill our pressing needs later.  Secondly your to biased towards him cuz he is not an elite blocker by any means.  I have yet to see one person agree with u on picking him in the first.  Last real good blocking tight end in college the birds acquired was Jason peters and minus an injury that has worked out well.  Back to butcher, how can u feel that we r fine at ol, both safeties, both corners (possibly only one but I can't see both returning) Sam and dt.  Just because u want a guy doesn't mean u set your franchise back a year just for the 30-40 catches plus a couple tds he would get considering he probably wouldn't pass celek til the yer after if he proves himself.

And before u say he will make a probowl as a rookie or something stupid like that there's a te taken in the first every year billed as elite orthe next gronk or gonzo well cook not so much, Rudolph not so much, fleener not really, what about Heath miller, negative.  Now all those guys are pretty good te's nothing to dislike about them but I know for a fact we could build a winning team without him

Big bodied blocking tight end is exactly what we need. Williams is that guy we need to help protect whomever is our QB and create holes for Shady and Brown. Make it happen..

I have no problem with the kid and I think he will be a good player.  I along with many others just realize we have much more needs than a backup te even if he is a future star.  He would be a luxury pick that would leave a hole at a position that needs to be filled.  4th round on maybe we pick up a te but not in the first

im thinking trade up from the 2nd round pick to try and grab him. id def prefer to use that #4 overall pick and not trade down. our needs can be got with a FA S and the top pick used on a defensive player the a couple cheaply priced LBs and some mid round draft picks! that 2nd needs to be on a playmaker with a big body that can win a jump ball in the red zone.

Great blocking red zone target, he is just what we need to compliment Celek. Likely going in the mid to late rounds also.

Reid finally goes and u want to continue overlooking the lb position by adding cheap lbs.  Especially now with rumors of going to a 3-4 I'm hoping for a hybrid personally, lb becomes extremely important to team we need edge rushers cuz we don't know how Cole n Graham will transition(less worried bout bg). We have to see how demeco does in the middle we need nts and de's with size which r major needs only current players who would fit r Thornton jenkins n cox the rest would have a shot at Olb but my hopes rnt to high for any except maybe Graham who I c as a 10 sack a year guy but we need that 15 sack guy still. That doesn't even get into secondary n oline.  U want backuPs n offensive depth before we even have starters or backups for certain positions on the dl n lb n s spots
