Better follow that up with the appropriate post, Mr. Dutchie.

Somebody tell Coach Marty to submit his two hundred word essays on each player and turn in his set of keys.

Let the next guy pick his own offensive genius.

Guess Dave made this blurb short to honor the amount of time the remaining 2012 coaching staff has left.

Hire Jon Gruden as your head coach and bring in Rob Ryan as your DC! Do it now! Problem Solved! They should pay me to be their GM!

I would be OK with Grudawg, but I don't want that whale version of Sam Elliot anywhere near our defence.

Please let them all leave. Marty and Bobby April need to go - horrendous coaching for several years. Don't know about Bowles much, but D got a lot worse once he took over, but not sure what exactly played into that. Only coaches I'd consider keeping are Duce and is it Culley who's the RB coach. Everyone else, please don't let the door hit you on the way out!

No way does the new coach keep MM or April around. These guys coach in packs and i am sure Marty will be in KC next year with AR. April doesn't deserve a job in the NFL at all. These guys want to bring in guys they are familiar with and share the same views on football. Hope Juan doesn't follow AR their. Plenty of teams would want him either to coach their O lines or some position. He is a good coach, just not DC or OC material. I would love him back as O line coach, but i doubt it.

Jon Gruden would try to bring in Lane Kiffen as DC.

Would you want a coach who had won 54% of his games with only 6 out if 11 winning seasons? That's what Jon Gruden will bring

The Eagles should get either offensive coordinater Mike McCoy or defensive coordinater Gus Bradley. I really like both of their backgrounds. Their both smart, have serious faces, and both are coaching for a championship right now. Defense wins games so my wish is for a deffensive coach who will make the D dominant and run first to set up the pass game on offense. Bradley is my guy but whoevers the next coach is will still need good coordinaters.

I find it kinda funny that AR moved on and constantly defended MM poor play calling as a OC that he is looking elsewhere rather than take "HIS GUY" with him. Definitely a sign to me that AR wasn't a true believer in MM as a coach/OC.
