Don't know if there is much substance too it if the party isn't pressing charges. Could be a factor though for sure.

Please read the article posted by kevkro64.  It is researched thoroughly and a much more thought out piece.  Reading the original article could mistakenly give people the impression that the whole story is just some a-hole trying to push an agenda.

  Penn State rapes took place in the 1900's. So what dose the 3 year difference mean. Problem with all big time programs.
