I think the Eagles are in a nice spot with the 4th overall and many mocks have us getting the top rated tackle in Luke Joeckel from Texan A&M. Actually going into this week many would have said this was a pretty decent draft for OT if someone was looking. All that has changed with Jake Matthews, Texas A&M and Taylor Lewan, Michigan returning to college for the 2013 season. IMO the only other first round tackle prospect is Eric Fisher, Central Michigan.
This will impact is in two ways:
1 - We can trade that spot for what could be a king's randsom - We could potentially move down 5-10 picks, get our top rated safety and probably get some very high picks this year and next to compensate us for the move. We'd go into this season hoping Peters and Herremans are healthy. There is still a lot of talent on the roster there, so this might be a good move to strengthen another weakness. No need to really discuss much here. If we get a great deal we take it. If we don't Luke is our guy.
2 - Joeckel might be gone - KC, Jacksonville and Oakland all could use a good tackle. Not only might they want him, but they could get the same 'king's randsom' type offer. Maybe this is more to provoke discussion. What would be the pick at #4 if Geno Smith, Star Lotulelei and Luke Joeckel are gone? We don't need a DE, but if the board broke like that the value alone might force that move. Then again someone might trade up 2-3 picks wanting their pick of that position. Let's focus on what would be the move if we stayed at 4 and those names were gone.
OT group getting thin at the top of the draft

Welp, All teams covet QB..... Will Tyler Wilson impress at the Bine? I belive he will be a top 10 selection.... However Iam ruling out QB, @ #4.
So on to T, Eric Fisher will be a complete stud in this league. He will be a top 12 selection after the Bine. Lets face it our T's are both over 30, Peters coming back from a nasty injury, Todd was not even an average T.
CB Is Milliner the top prospect .... Maby. ASO sucked and DRC was average.....
DE Man o Man everyone like to get the QB..... Werner looks to be a future Stud..... Cole is wearing out.....Curry...??????
If I was to make the call, selecting @ # 4 and could not dish out..... Werner DE is my guy.....
I would then upgrade the T position with a guy like.... Oday Aboushi OT 6'6" 310 Virginia.

Fluker is not on the same shut-down level as Joeckel and Lewan.

I think Fluker might go in the 1st too
To me each year there are somewhere between 10-45 first round talents. Unfortunately there are 32 picks, so you get lesser talented players moved up just due to numbers.

If Luke is there we should take him. If not, we should probably attempt to trade down (depending on who is available).
