Foster academically qualifies to my knowledge. Pitt is still actively recruiting him, meaning this story is bogus.

I am amazed that u morons can find such info. You and I BOTH know that he will get into Alabama no matter what his scores are. I wonder who took his SAT's? And if at Bama, who will impersonate him in classes???? JOKE.....JOKE...... I see alot of Bama players are declaring. Top WR recruit Robert Foster from Pittsburgh area just surprisingly picked Bama over Pitt. His mother said it was because Pitt told him his grades weren’t good enough and he’d have to do a year of prep school. Bama said, no problem, welcome aboard son, we’ll get you eligible.
Then there are the kids on the roster who are about to have their scholarships pulled and to new recruits

I know for a fact that Pitt is still actively recruiting Robert Foster. I'm a Pitt grad. I know a few people there. They are absolutely still throwing the kitchen sink at him to try and get him. Damn near every team in the country would still be putting the full court press on Foster if they were Pitt. Dude, you're living in a dream world.

I never saw this thread and got asked to comment (not by Gimpy).

Pittsburgh was actively recruiting Foster the day after the U.S. Army All-American game still, so I'm pretty sure it had nothing to do with it.

His grades are horrible however. I think he's going to have to prep no matter which school he goes to.

I'll be clear and say it's been at least 8 months since I asked, but at that point he wasn't close to making NCAA Clearinghouse. Not close.
