Mike Nolan lost as a head coach and we need offense more than ever.  Did you watch any of the games  bjones621 ?  You make no sense on that.

Jon Gruden for Head Coach, POINT BLANK!    I don't want to hear about sorry a** McCoy, or Nolan, they can't get done nor do I think they can handle the fanbase.  The only person who can is Gruden at this point and we need to get him out of the booth.  If the owner was taken by any interviews we would have a coach already.

And, some of you actually think the Eagles front office cares what you post on an internet board. This is some of the funniest crap I've ever read. Wake up, get a job and a life. And, most of all realize, you have no say in who the Eagles hire as their new head coach.

Season ticket holder for 28 years BTW.

Rather have Billick then Lovie. Gotta look at who is having the best results in the play offs. Right now, Roman from the Niners is the best option. Gus Bradley, just lost his chance. Jon Gruden would be a great choice. Why won't they at least call him. What is the problem. Romeo Crennel would be a good Coordinator.

Billick is a D minded guy, he can put together a good staff as well. Why not, unlike Lovie or any of these other candidates other then Jon Gruden, he has a ring.  He got it faster then Cowher as well.

Ok he is an O minded coach but always had good D. As well as tough teams.

macashandpa you have to be retarded. Did you ever watch the 2000 Ravens play? Nastiest defense to ever touch the turf.

Fans who are trashing Billick know nothing, or too young to know better.Check out his record and the coaching staff he put together. The more you look the better he looks.

D minded guys don't work in this league anymore. The rules favor the offense. Forget defense. Think only offense. Get a offensive minded coach.

Scott001 Billick is more of an offensive minded guy but he also knows defense as well. He was the offensive coordinator for the Vikings from 1994-1998

Wow.. All these guys out here saying that getting an O minded coach because D minded coaches can't win are out of their minds.. Look at the some of the best coaches out there.. Tomlin... Defense. Bellicheat.. Defense..Hec&, John HArbaugh was a special teams coach and he seems to be doing quite well in Baltimore... Pick the best man for the job.. period... One that knocks your socks out in the interview of his vision for the Eagles... I would prefer to go the Steelers route, pick a young, hungry coach a la Tomlin...

Isn't that about what Green Bay has done? Forget defense, think offense?  How'd that work out?

Gruden won with Dungy's team and then did nothing.  Other than informational interviews, why are we considering bringing back guys who are broadcasters and have been out of coaching for years?  Look at an up and coming assistant who can handle coaching in this town.  Go with Bradley and clean up the mess that we call a defense. They need some one who is a better judge of talent than Andy was.

Hire Gus and get this season started already... interview process should have been done months ago, the process is embarrassing at this point.

Bring in Billick, grab Rob Ryan, tigten up the defense and for christ sake get that read option offense going!! If Andy would have implemented that before all these other teams who are destroying defenses with it, we would be deep in the playoffs and probably playing for a Superbowl and Vick would probably be healthier. Not only does it protect the QB better (Redskins did it because they knew their O line was weak), but could you imagine the rushing lanes that would open up for LeSean McCoy. Face it fans we are not a traditional drop back offense anymore. We invested in speedy recievers, elusive RBs and we need to hold on to Vick. Don't fall for Foles, he will be another Kolb. Look Andy is last of a dying breed, it is all about the Harbaughs, John Fox, Tomlins, Shanahans and Pete Carrolls, coaches who use players based on their own capabilities, rather then trying to transition them into something their not! Wake up Philly, it is 2013, there are no more Joe Montanas and this will be Brady's last run! Zone block, run the ball, balanced attack, and play physical defense and sack those QBs who have sand in their cleats (Matt Ryan, Eli Manning, Foles, and Kolb).

Why would anyone want Rob Ryan? He as a losing record as a defensive coordinator and has never EVER had a defense in the NFL ranked higher than 15th. Wake up. did I say ever? And, no, don't go with the flavor of the year read/option. give NFL defensive coordinator's a years worth of film and see what happens. There's a reason winning coaches don't use it. Just ask the Patriots. You'd have to change QB's about every 3 years...
