i can't stand everyone on gruden's nuts. In oakland if he didn't get lucky with gannon, it would have been a disaster. he lucky signed gannon and it turned out to be great. As for tampa bay, he won with dungy's players and then ran the franchise into the ground. great he won a super bowl with other people's drafted talent meanwhile once they were all gone the team could not make it to the playoffs and was absolutely horrible so he got canned

Koetters not a choice, Smith might be OK but Im guessing the fan base would see less there than they did with Reid.  Id still take his experience over those with none
