That's a good point. I simply refuse to let a company hire me unless the boss can tackle me first.

So do they have any one they've tapped for input with an actual football background and who are they if anyone knows?

I remember a few years back when Tom Modrak was part of the F.O.  He was part of the coaching search in 99.  Modrak, the football guy, wanted Jim Haslett.  Reid and Banner, the two non-football guys wanted Reid.  Who was right on that one????
