I just want them to compete.  If you want just a paycheck - I want the fear that you WILL be gone.

Much of Andy's problem this year is that he kept taking the blame for his team's lackluster play.  He should have called them out more often if you ask me.  When he did - he had results.  Temporarily.

Bradley is, they say, a great teacher. A guy who knows how to get through to players on a one on one basis. He's intense, but not always yelling as in the clip. He knows how to change his approach based on the player. In light of that I wouldn't be surprised if he keeps Nnamdi and DRC, thinking he can turn them around.

Vick, absolutely, but I'd like to see if a real DC could take Asomugha (at a much lower number) and make him useful.       DRC is gone, and corners aren't exactly easy to find, so taking the 4 mil cap hit to release Asomugha should only be done after a real DC feels it's necessary.

Just a thought.

...and not necessarily a bad one, MJ. I think though, that the new DC is going to have to be the Wizard of Oz....Nnamdi needs a heart and couldn't find one all of last season.....

Sorry, Pocono, but I look at everything here as having eminated from the top.     Therefore, I could absolutely see Asomugha becoming a useful corner again if he has anything inside him.      I understand how big that if is.

I was dubious about the money they were throwing at him then - it's always dangerous to overvalue the best player on an awful team, and that's what went down with Asomugha.      But it's hard to fathom that he's as bad as he has played here - let Kelly bring a sane DC in (Lovie???), and then decide what to do with him.       I'll bet he stays at a lower number if we hire a solid DC.
