Is this a Howie move?

But you were crediting Howie with bold aggressive moves in 2010 & 11 and then later history was somehow revised and he wasn't responsible. Howie has that corporate move of getting credit for all that goes well and evading blame for anything that goes wrong.
Can you go on the record and say this was Howie's move so we can track it properly?

The Rhodes thing cracks me up. He was fired after 4 years and Dave has said many times it was a disaster in year 4. That's a good hire?
In any case I do think it was Howie but I'd like him to say it. 2 years from now if things go badly I don't want to hear it was Lurie's guy and Howie just facilitated it and really wanted someone else. Sounds crazy but that's exactly what has happened with several moves from the last few years

I can't wait for Spadaro to start taking his little veiled shots at the way Reid handled things the last several years here after saying earlier this season how he hoped he would be here "for many seasons to come".
Before we know it, it will be accepted that we should have probably made the change 3-5 years sooner. Who woulda guessed?

Not saying Howie is perfect. But this bought me a lot of confidence in him.

As soon as I saw the primary sources of the critical articles, it changed the way I felt about them. It stuns me that a fan base lectured to by the likes of King et al for years about how out of line we were to question Reid being a lifetime appointmant could ever take a thing they say about anything regarding the Eagles seriously. In the least.
My favorite thing about how this went down was how it caught all the national media blowhards flat footed with egg all over their faces.
Well done, Jeff and Howie.

Howie has always been able to get things done despite what the article said. The problem has been they've turned out to be mostly bad things which is why the team won 4 games. We have no idea if this will be any different yet.
