Not sure if this goes in this section but...

...is there a way to edit the resolution on the Eagles Live player on the front page? I have Verizon DSL and the video buffers a lot. Any help?

That's because of all of the people accessing it, I'm sure. Under normal circumstances, it doesn't buffer a lot like that. It would be nice to have that option though, to select your speed... might help for those times when it's a heavy news day or on day 1 of TC.

What do you mean? It was live the entire broadcast.

It looked great on our end. I saw no buffering. We check constantly. We restarted our computer for 10 minutes about 2 1/2 hours in just to reset the system because it was on overload, but it looked great. Please explain who had problems. I have heard nothing but this thread.

For me, shortly after Chip started speaking, the video would stutter. By Stutter I mean it would stop for 30 seconds, then start, then stop for 10 seconds, then start then stop for a minute. I switched over to NFL Network and then noticed after about 5 minutes, the stuttering stopped on the EMB. So it wasn't very long.

I don't know if this is the reason or not but maybe you all are getting perfect streaming because you are in the same building and the data packets aren't actually traveling very far across the internet to get back to you.

So looking at it yourselves, there, inside the very location that the stream is originating from might not give the best picture of what the reality is for the rest of the country/world.

The problems on that broadcast weren't at all anything that I'd complain about though, if that's the worst that happens then we're all good.

I did notice that the audio seemed to get out of sync at one point but either you all did something to correct it or it just self corrected. Again, nothing at all to 'complain' about. Not like things were in years gone by where the broadcasts were unwatchable.

I'm in VABeach's group on this one too. The video kept stuttering for about 5-10 minutes.

Regardless, I still appreciate the work you guys do Dave. Best coverage of any NFL team.

I watched pretty much the entire thing, from noon-after 3, with no issues.

It would be nice for those of us with slow internet if they were downloadable or if we could pause and let it buffer.
