He said today while talking to Sal Pal that he has been given insight by someone close to Kelly that we should expect to see Kelly and the Eagles go all-in on defense (assuming draft and free agency) and that he believes he can win with 3 min salary QBs that can run and play out of the pistol. He said Kelly's best athletes and players have never been his QB, and that he doesn't need an elite QB.

I don't know about that anymore, Marcus Mariota is a hell of a QB and a prospect.

Well, there is no fix for the QB spot in the draft this year so I really support him trying to fix this train wreck of a defense.  And his QB's in Oregon werent exactly what I would call elite prospects.
