I was thinking now that Jags signed Gus as HC and knowing that we almost did. I think this might hurt us being that Gus is a defensive minded guy and knowing that he will probably look to stock up on the defensive side of the ball in the draft.   Which is pretty much what the Eagles need to do. Not too mention they pick in front of us in draft order. It might give him reason to go after players we might need or want.


What do you all make of this and do you think even matters?

Yes just like KC they are going to draft players to screw the Eagles instead of drafting players they need.

Do you think Andy or Gus will actually do that or is it more that we have similar needs?

Reid will always go OL for DL first, then CB, and they need a QB.  I guess that sounds like us too.

Yea it does and I would agree with that, however the more I think about it we should maybe go straight defense especially if Joeckel is gone or if a team is willing to give us a good trade for picks.

Gus likes big guys on defense. My immediate reaction was that he was drafting Star on defense. What a great tandem him and Fletcher Cox would've been for us.
