Roger Goodell: Okay gents... no more helmet to helmet hits...

Oh and by the way Ed Reed you are suspended and fined for contacting Tom Brady below the waist with your groin.

Oh and by the way, Tom Brady must not be touched, all of his fumbles are the tuck rule, and every incomplete pass can be picked up by his receivers, ends, and backs and run in immediately for touchdowns. The Patriots aren't allowed to lose because Robert Kraft his Goodell's best friend and professional drinking buddy.

If you have the time, it's worth the 5 page read. It first starts with many of their fans totally clueless about why Pollard's hit wasn't flagged and then morphs into the team getting jobbed all around by the refs and, ultimately, how the defense shouldn't be awarded possession of the football if the ball carrier loses the ball after a clean hit.

Tell them that makes up for the "tuck rule" that no-one knew about until the golden child was awarded the ball after he fumbled in the playoffs vs Oakland in 2001 season

The idea of patriots fans complaining about refs, just hilarious.

The Ravens are dirty?  I guess they missed the Patriots against the Rams and the whole career of Rodney Harrison.

Ball was coming loose as he hit ground= fumble

This. Also, he tried to lower his shoulder and dish out a little punishment and ended up taking the brunt of it. Pats fans need to STFU on this one.

Again, any "Ridley Rule" should be a penalty against the RB for forcing a helmet to helmet hit in the first place.

Remember him crying on the Brady 6 about not being drafted early, and how he was going to have to live in his WELL off parent's "basement" and sell insurance? I am talking...F'ing tears. Over graduating college, with what degree I don't know, and having to work a normal life...With his father. In the INS industry. Crying tears over this, would have been, travesty. Like 9yrs after the fact.

Who cares if Ridley lowered his head? That isnt illegal in any way shape or form. There is no helmet to helmet on a ball carrier who is running with the football.

I'll never forget the feeling I had when I saw that play and then the refs decided to look at it again. I knew they were going to give the ball back to the Pats.
