Vick is not a top fifteen QB. I don't think he's top 20. I would take all of the following QBs, in no particular order, without a second though over Vick.
Rodgers, Manning, Manning, Brady, Brees, Cutler, Ryan, Schaub, Dalton, Flacco, Luck, Wilson, RG3, Romo, Rivers, Roethlisberger, Newton, Freeman, Bradford, Smith and Stafford.

That doesn't even mention guys like Kaepernick or Foles who I would take over him as well but still have things to prove. In all, that's 24 QBs I would take over Vick without even thinking about it. There are QBs in the draft I would take over Vick as well.

In Vick's case, it should be a heavily incentive-laden contract, with him only guaranteed the league minimum and the rest based on time with the team, whether he's a backup, starter, etc., with if he did wind up having a big season then getting the big bucks.  This would be good for both sides.

Foles is better he outplayed Vick this year

WTF are you talking about? He WAS done when he signed with the Eagles. He had like 6 good games in 2010 and that's all you morons hold onto. So 6 games in 2010 is the "real Vick" despite how bad he's been through the rest of his 10 year career?

That would be awful generous on the part of the Eagles.  I actually think that Vick should pay the Eagles.  There is no way that the Eagles have gotten their money worth out of Vick.  Vick stole over 40 million from the Eagles the past 2 seasons plus.  Those turnovers and whirlpool time were mighty expensive.

All due to Vicks inability to do pre snap reads, and make the necessary adjustments.  Holding onto the ball too long.  These are Vicks inefficientcies...not the O lines. These things they will also see!   Any owner or GM  with a lick of sense will be hard pressed to want to take a chance on him with those issues and his injury history.

Then  there is the  personal issue that many fans ( of other teams)  that say  they  want no part of Vick on their team. So  contrary to what you  believe, not everyone is in concert with your admiration or  opinion of Vick.

As to what he should be paid? I don't know, what is the minimum they offer under the new CBA for aging , injury prone, veteran QB's? Whatever it is, that is what he is worth today.
