Dave, can you give some insight on what Rick's strengths were and the process involved in the search for a new head trainer?

word on street that they promoted assistant athletic trainer Chris Peduzzi to head athletic trainer

Rick is an outstanding trainer and he had, while he was here, an outstanding staff with him. There has been no confirmation on a new head athletic trainer. Chris Peduzzi is highly qualified and has been here for many years. He is an innovative, hard-working guy. If he is promoted, the department will be in good hands, literally
