(I have trades with Arizona, St. Louis, and GB. The St. Louis trade is purely because their pick fit the best with the two picks I have us giving up, so don't just assume I'm using St. Louis because they have two firsts or because it's the cool thing to do.)
As usual, I will not be covering FA. I am looking at draft picks for a transition to a 3-4 defense.
I used both old (http://www.draftcoun...Value-Chart.php) and new (http://www.nfldraft1...Value_Chart.jsp) draft pick trade value charts to evaluate the fairness of the following deals.
PHILADELPHIA sends the 4th pick to ARIZONA for the 7th and 69th picks...
old chart: PHI overpays, 1800 to 1745
new chart: PHI overpays, 1850 to 1705
PHILADELPHIA send the 35th and 69th picks to ST. LOUIS for the 22nd pick...
old chart: PHI overpays, 795 to 780
new chart: PHI overpays, 825 to 800
Somehow get an extra 5th round pick (from trading someone that doesn't fit in with the new scheme, or collectively from trading multiple people... anything like that)

*R1, pick 7 - Eric Fisher - OT - Central Michigan - 6'7, 305
After his recent outstanding performance at the Senior Bowl, Fisher has closed the gap between himself and Joeckel considerably. I think we can't drop down any lower to get him.
*R1, pick 22 - Xavier Rhodes - CB - Florida State - 6'2, 210
A plus size, plus skills cornerback with the requisite speed for the position. A young, physical presence on the outside.
*R3, pick 67 - Brandon Williams - NT - Missouri Southern State - 6'2, 341
A small school guy, but had a great week at the Senior Bowl, turned some heads. Looks the part of a NT, thick lower body, strong, etc etc. I think he could be a sneaky pick.
.
PHILADELPHIA send the 98th and 129th picks to GREEN BAY for the 88th pick...
old chart: PHI overpays, 151 to 150
new chart: PHI underpays, 150 to 160
.
*R3, pick 88 - Jonathan Cyprien - SS - Florida International - 6'0, 209
Another small school guy who showed an "aggressive playing style and active demeanor" at the Senior Bowl while also flashing some all-around skills.
*extra R5 - Michael Mauti - ILB - Penn State - 6'2, 235
I'm absolutely taking a chance on Mauti here in round 5. I think he can bring some definite leadership qualities to the team and would ideally start alongside Kendricks at ILB in the 3-4.
*R6, pick 163 - Ryan Allen - P - LA Tech - 6'2, 215
I know Chas Henry won the Ray Guy award in 2010, but Allen's won the last TWO. In any case, I don't see using late round picks on special teams guys as wasted picks at all.
*R7, pick 194 - Zach Sudfeld - TE - Nevada - 6'7, 255
A potential pick. Sudfeld has the size, some good speed, and adequate blocking to maybe give this team it's poor poor man's Gronkowski. And hey, it's round 7.
UDFA - Carson Tinker - LS - Alabama - 6'0, 230 - Some competition for Dorenbos? IDK, The Magician won't be here forever.
UDFA - T.J. Moe - WR - Missouri - 6'0, 200 - Maybe there is a place for an Amendola-style shifty WR with size in Chip Kelly's offense.
Can't build Rome in a day, but this would be a good start. 3 immediate starters (Fisher, Rhodes, Cyprien) and hopefully we could get Williams up to speed enough to start to open the season as well...
