The more I think about it, pick # 4 is going to net us a slew of picks.   As the Chargers can not protect Phil Rivers in any way shape or form.   There OT's are garbage.  Its time to get a franchise player to rebuild their OL around.

We move down to  #11.    For the chargers   2nd/4th/6th....

11.   CB- Jonathan Banks   6'2" 187   ASO proved his worthlessness to the team.

35.   NT- Jesse Williams  6'3"  326 Want a 3-4,   gotta get a legit NT.

45.  TE-   Tyler Eifert   6'6" 252   Weapon needed on O.....(from Chargers)

Rd 3.   CB- Robert Alford  6'0" 183    Sr. Bowl standout, also excells on ST'/  KR

Rd 3.   SS- Jonathan Cypren   6'0" 214    Another small school STUD.....
Traded both 4ths to move up.....

RD 5.   Kyle Long  OT    IN the 5th ?????? Yep

Rd 6.   Matt Scott  QB   6'3" 202    Smarts and the pistol.....

Take you pick with 2 7ths left.....

FA:   Will sigh   Paul Kruger  DE,    Patrick Chung S.....  And of course a couple role players.

You started out great... like the trade...
We move down to  #11. For the chargers   2nd/4th/6th....

11.   CB- Jonathan Banks   6'2" 187   ASO proved his worthlessness to the team. Great pick

35.   NT- Jesse Williams  6'3"  326 Want a 3-4,   gotta get a legit NT.Great pick

45.  TE-   Tyler Eifert   6'6" 252   Weapon needed on O.....(from Chargers) Terrible pick... i would pick a Saftey here... (Eric Reid)

Rd 3.   CB- Robert Alford  6'0" 183 Sr. Bowl standout, also excells on ST'/  KR  We have enough CB that play special teams... I would get one of the big WR here (Da'Rick Rogers or Quinton Patton) both are big WR that would make our trio perfect (Mac, JacK and Rogers/Patton)

Rd 3.   SS- Jonathan Cypren   6'0" 214 Another small school STUD.....Have enough backup Safteies that play special teams... I would go DE (William Gholston) to play the other 3-4 DE spot
Traded both 4ths to move up.....

RD 5.   Kyle Long  OT    IN the 5th ?????? Yep Great pick but he will be gone before then... but Oline depth is perfect here...

Rd 6.   Matt Scott  QB   6'3" 202    Smarts and the pistol..... No QB go with a Oline depth again...

Take you pick with 2 7ths left.....

FA:   Will sigh   Paul Kruger  DE (He wont get out of Bal, Patrick Chung S(Good pick up).....  And of course a couple role players.

I'd be down for gettting Johnthan Banks as long as he can put on a few pounds. If Eifert is there where you have us taking him, it's robbery.

@vipakabp916 i agree with you that the eifert pick is bad but how can you say no to Alford? who between Nnamdi and DRC are you wanting to play with again this year?
and again how can you say no to Cyprien?? He was the most impressive safety at the senior bowl.... ive heard that he's been compared with Dawkins.....

Jonathan Cypren is a soild safety and i do not disagree with the fact that he had a great Senior Bowl but i like Reid and Elam better in the draft and since we can not get Elam we have to grab the next best Safety and that is Reid... I think Allen and Reid will be a great combo... When you look at it Allen played well when he was playing FS... and when he was playing SS he wasnt... he is a natural center feilder and needs to be over the top with his play... Now the Alford... he is soild but i want to keep DRC and he showed that he can be a great CB when he is challenged... We have enough CB that can play special teams and be back ups on this team... With DRC and Banks as our starters and Boykin as the Slot and Marsh and Hughes as the back ups we will be just fine...maybe add in a late CB for depth but we are good if we get DRC and Banks on the team...

I like most of this, but I would take Xavier Rhodes over Banks all day.

Would also look at the Alabama TE.  Last thing the Eagles need is a ND player.  We have not done very well there.

ya your right... DRC did a great job challenging receivers last year... and almost no pass interference calls against him either.............. oh wait nvm
plus DRC cant tackle so no help in the run game :P

ya your right... DRC did a great job challenging receivers last year...  He did a better job then ASO... he also gave up 5 catches for 57 yards and 1 TD to AJ Green who last time i checked was one of the best WR in the NFL... That shows you what he can do... he was all over AJ Green in the game if you watched the game.. and almost no pass interference calls against him either Ya Dion Sanders and Revis never get called either... they are just perfect CB right... CB are already behind the 8 ball because the game is made for Offense to win... with that said... he does need to work on his skills some and with a better DB coach and DC will help with that.... you guys for get that he was a pro bowler in 2009.... he can get back to that................ oh wait nvm plus DRC cant tackle so no help in the run game What CB comes up and tackles in this league.. you can point out about 100 out of 64 starting CB and thats dont even count the slot CB in the league... im am not ok with putting 2 Rookie CB out on the field... you have to have one Vet... :P you tell me that a 3 round rookie can be better then DRC when he is challenged by his coaches and teammates...

I figure K.Long will go in the top-100 even as a G.

Also, think M.Scott goes earlier - the success of the RO will move him up the board.  For instance - I fully expect EJ.Manuel to go in the 2nd, even though normally he'd go in the 4th.

@vipakabp916 first things first.... can you please stop replying in the quotes lol... it makes it very hard for me to quote you after cause you technically didnt write anything (its all inside the quotation)

as for the 5 catches 57 yrds and 1TD that Green got....... Im relieved that DRC actually beat atleast one receiver... how bout you watch the carolina game or the washington game........ or anygame?
not all the busted coverages we entirely his fault, but i deffinitely didnt see any reason to keep him around (unless for a major pay cut)

you say that he was a probowler in 2009... big deal! ... Brett Favre was a probowler once, should we sign him too? cause you never know maybe he can get back into form for us.. NO

and actually there are plenty of CBs that tackle, they dont go all linebacker on guys but they still ankle bite.... and that counts as a tackle atleast
all i say DRC do was stand straight up on guys ex. Dez Bryant when he pushed DRC back 10 yrds for a TD

Oh and also Revis (bad example he hasnt been in all year) and all the other CBs sure arent perfect but they arent nearly as bad as DRC... ever deep pass thrown against him ended in a Pass Interference

Agree 100%.

DRC is the poster boy for this team's underachievement in the past 2 seasons. That play where he ushered Dez Bryant into the end-zone in Dallas did it for me – I don't want to see this guy in an Eagles uniform ever again. Banks and Alford at CB next season couldn't possibly be any worse than him and Nnamdi.

Cyprien wouldn't be a back-up here, I reckon it would take him about 5 minutes of Training Camp to become the leader of this secondary.

If we could get Eifert with the 45th pick it would be the steal of the draft kid is arguably the best tight end college football has seen sincevernon davis.

I can't believe all the negative comments on this thread about Eifert. He is everything you want in a pass-catching TE. I'll be really surprised if he's still available at 45.

I know the charts disagree, but if Joeckel is gone and someone wants Fisher at 4 they better pay for him or the Eagles are taking him at #4.
