But for some (not myself), they honestly don't give a F who it is. They could drag Matt Leinart or Jamarcus Russell out there instead of Vick, and some people would try and make it seem like an instant, guaranteed improvement.

What names are we supposed to say? Nobody in this draft will shut me up, until they prove themselves. Foles will shut me up, if he's the guy..
Aaron Rodgers.. He'd shut me up..
Don't start a dumb*ss thread, and then rag people for not giving you good enough answers..

You can accuse me of just wanting anyone but Vick and I say damn right, I've watched him ride our season into the toilet for two years straight. He isn't going to get better and he'd have to get a whole hell of a lot better to be worth $15million.
I wouldn't even want him to restructure, because all the time he's on our roster no one will get a fair shake. Give Foles a go if he sucks we get another good pick and take one of the blue chips that come out next year.

I like Foles, Im just under the impression that Chip wants to run a similar style to his Oregon offense. Not say hes going to transfer it straight over, but I think he prefers to have a more mobile QB than Foles. Which I am against. Id much rather have a pocket passer then worry about how good our back-up is WHEN he has to come in

In the handful of games that we did get to see him play, we saw some very good things from him. And some areas that he certainly needs improvement on. But just hearing him, and what others have said regarding him, he has a great work ethic and will work hard to improve in those areas. But in every phase of life, experience is always the best teacher. And we know he hasn't had a whole lot of that at this level.
As for half the fans hating Vick. I think you Vick fans fail to differentiate from Vick the person, and Vick the QB. There may be some who still abhor what he did, and refuse to accept him. But the majority here see him mostly as the QB. Who has had many seasons to improve on his football knowledge and skills, and fails year after year to do so.
With his continued propensity for injury and getting older, man of us don't see his chances of success being any greater than what they have been throughout his entire career. Yet many of you still want to continue to experiment with him. While at the same time seeing no value in allowing Foles to mature and develope with this new coaching staff.
I've read comments where the Vicksters say how much Kelly and the new coaching staff will be able to work wonders with Vick, in his system ( whatever that may be since non of us know ) yet fail to accept that the same possibility applies for Foles .

Is there a NFL starter in this draft? Yea, I guess there is if your teams thirsty enough for a QB. Is there a Tom Brady in this draft? Id say highly highly highly doubtful.

There is a difference in not having faith in Foles, and not really knowing what he is capable of in a full season as the starter with a healthy supporting cast. Something he has yet to have experienced.
