The kid (even when drafted) was known as a high motor guy too small to play the position.  What are the odds that Graham would have more success at the LB position if we switch to a 3-4 defense?  I'm NOT going to bring up Earl Thomas in this post.  Oops, my bad.

I've liked the guy since the GB game in 2010 he came across as very strong, and even now he uses his hands very well. He'll obviously need to drop some weight, guessing about 255-260 but as a rushing LB (to put it in reasonable perspective) I'd venture to say that he's better than any prospect in the draft right now. Will be more successful than as a DE idk.

He's right on par size wise with NFL 4-3 DE's not named Peppers, Allen and Williams, and BTW, the tern "high motor translates to every DT or DE and "other" coaches in the NFL use the term as well

I can't give you any "odds," but needless to say I am extraordinarily interested should the Eagles move to a 3-4. It's been such a long time since we've seen that in Philly. I look at Graham and Cole and wonder how they would fit in. Is there a hybrid role the Eagles would employ? So many questions. Yeah, it's fair to wonder. We think it's a snap of the fingers for Graham to lose a few pounds and play LB as a pass rusher, but I'm not so sure. I don't know, honestly. I haven't seen him in that role.

I was just thinking that we haven't had a 3-4 probably dating back him.

Use a hybrid scheme maybe, I agree, our personnel do not line up for a 3-4.

They don't line up for a 4-3 either. That is the problem !

In spite of the 4-3 scheme being in place for the Reid era, I look at our current personnel on the DLine and LB and feel we may be better suited for 3-4.

The priority would be the need to find a run stuffing Nose Guard and figure out where Demeco Ryans fits in.

I don't think it matters what our current personnel is suited for - get the right guy in here (I'm hoping it's Manachino), let him get his scheme in place, then go out and build a defense that fits the scheme.

I'm not expecting a whole lot of this current dreck to even be around in a couple of years when we're ready to compete.

Aside from Cox, Graham, Kendricks, and maybe Cole, who is a stone keeper?

Going to a 3-4  would be a transition that would'nt happen over nightm Ryans would play ISLB, although he's a true MLB

Tough call, on those, but we just have to wait it out and see (Aka work in progress)

ravens run a hybrid, they also have "true" 3-4 personel as well, so to run a hybrid, you need 3-4 personel to run it. There's a reason why their LB's make so many plays, their DL is like 4 dump trucks in front of them

You mean the Ol' Swamp Fox?  Didn't do so well as a HC here, but he was one helluva linebacker for the club and a first rate DC.  Marion Campbell was a great Eagle.
