Not sure how you see those as two different things. Chip discussed the design of his offense with BB and how to make it work. That is pointed out in the reference. Not sure how that's "overboard" but whatever, you can interpret it as you wish. I'm not getting into another back and forth, I'm simply going by what I read and what I quoted.
The good news though is that Foles isn't going anywhere, which is good, since he'll have to start at some point this season even if Vick is named the starter to begin with.
