So it appears the Rams are getting ready to cut Titus Young.

Just to clarify 10 days after being cut by the Lions the team that signed him the next day is on the verge of cutting him without seeing him in a single practice...

What kind of a head case is this guy? Some guys are just beyond the point of return. Pretty sad actually.

Does Jeff Fisher have a hot daughter? Maybe he was caught banging her?

Haven't been keeping up on NFL stuff so didn't know he was cut by Lions. Showed lots of promise and I thought from his draft year he was supposed to be a high character guy? I guess money can change people.

Just to get you up to speed it came to the surface that he intentionally lined up in the wrong spot on the field 3 times in a row becuase he knew he wasn't getting the ball. After he got cut he said he was a better receiver than Calvin Johnson.

The Rams seem to be pretty rudderless, they hire Rob Ryan, then fire him a few days later. They claim Young, then cut him a few days later. I'd expect better initial judgment from Fisher than this.

Looking back, if we'd had the Internet and all the resources back then that we have now, we would probably think the same of Cris Carter.

Is it bad that I sort of wish we would sign him... only to similarly dump him after 5 days? Or even the day after? Just to try to prove a point to the kid?

And there goes your NFL career.  Purposefully sabotaging your team because you think you should be getting the ball more than Calvin Johnson then after having only 1 team in the entire league willing to take a chance on you you manage to some how blow that chance in 10 days...yeah you're done.

I doubt he gets picked up by anyone.  Every team had the opportunity to put in a waiver claim for him and only the Rams did.  He then did or did not do something with his limited time there to convince them they didn't want him around their team.

The guy sabotaged his own team on the field during a game.  Who is going to trust him?

I thought he was going to become a stud #2 to line up opposite Megatron.  That's what every team with a great WR needs.

Let us know the next time Jon doesn't talk a player up.  The next time he bad mouths a player will be the first time.

Keyshawn?

Its mostly players who badmouth Gruden.

He had/has loads of talent. Most felt he would be a starter in Detroit by the end of season. He's FredEx but with more talent.

Watch he will land with a team that has good leadership in the locker room  (not including coaches and staff)

Watch him land in somewhere like

San Francisco
Cincy
Cleveland---- very much in the need of another WR across from Josh gordon
Miami
New England
Seattle--- this is alittle bit of a sleeper IMO. Pete carroll doesnt care about players with problems

don't you have to pass through the waivers from the bottom up, though? That means some of the better teams never had a shot at him.

From what I understand every team has the option to put in a claim then the league awards the player to the team with the highest priority and only 1 of 32 teams put in a claim.  Its not like they know ahead of time what's going on. They all have the same window so if some team wanted to take a flier on him they would have and seen if he fell to them.
