I wouldn't be surprised if Chip reached for him. I'm not for the pick but I see Jordan going in the top 10 the closer we get the draft. Chip's familiar with him and has all of the measurables. You're right though, if we traded down 5-10 spots and got Jordan I think it'd be a solid pick.

I don't think anyone sees Geno Smith as an elite QB prospect. He's ok, but I see him lasting into the second, at best a team at the top of the second trades back into the first for him. He's not worth a top pick.
Jordan may have just earned a top 5 pick with today's combine results. He's an athletic freak.
Milliner is the top corner. Detroit needs corners. Their's 5 or 6 top corners this year, and most will me gone by the time Detroit drafts again. What's so hard to understand about that?
Lane Johnson's the fourth best O linemen. He should go in the first round, but my mock has a "rush" of DE/OLB's going in the first. The strength of the first is pass rushers. He's not going in the top 10. 21st isn't that much of a reach.
Thanks for actually contributing this time though. The troll response at the beginning was not what I'd expect from someone with 8100 posts.

Milliner was heavily seen as being in the 8-10 range even before word came out about the surgery which is going to make him miss OTAs. Detroit needs a lot...including pass rushers now with kvb gone and Avril a FA....which happens to be a good spot for 5 overall. No there won't be 5 or 6 CBs chosen in the first 37 picks. That's just foolish to think that.
Jordan had a great day but he was heavily regarded as a borderline top 25 pick going into the combine. He is not someone who was a best pass rusher in college. He was in coverage quite a bit...not the type of LB that typically goes top 5.
Yes Johnson is the 4th best OL. He also had a better combine than joeckel. This is a position of need for virtually every team in the league and the second most important position in football.

Solid. Looks good. Just think that some teams will trade up into the back end of the first to get their QB... but NO ONE can predict those instances.
