  2. Hehehehe I knew you know better lol...I like how u thinking.
  3. LOL I forgot to say pick 21 , a 3rd rounder, a 4th rounder Rasul Douglas and Alshon Jeffery! Douglas loves Douglas! LMAO
  4. I read somewhere yesterday that the (experts) lol are now thinking Ruggs will be a top ten pick in the draft and they believe he could go before Jeudy. How does that change your draft GBFL? You want to move up in the draft to get your guy or wait to see if Jeudy drops to number 21? Jeudy is now a top 20 pick. Stay tuned for more. I personally believe that if anyone of the top three receivers drops to the Eagles at 21 it will be Lamb. LOL

[News] Early Thinking On Some Roster Battles To Watch

What I would love to do,is snag Coop and Byron Jones from Dullaz and keep all 10 of our picks. That would pretty much force Dullaz to take a top WR OR a CB knowing now they have to COVER Coop when they play us. It WOULD make it an interesting "head game" no? SOOOO say they take Ruggs, what do we do? Take a top corner at 21 HAHAHAHA.yeah I know there are more games than 2 per year, still this would destroy them mentally HAHAHA(I'm a sick puppy).SO now you have Coop and Djax,Jones on D and a top CB drafted. All you need now it a nice SLOT guy at 53 or 85 and with this class, that is not difficult,Other picks go for linemen and LB's maybe a S,Center,OG and another WIP CB and BOOM,we got this.We can afford both Coop and Byron Jones and now you have a top CB to pair him with(drafted at 21).Don't see any drawbacks to doing this unless your first 5 picks are total wiffs. If Dullaz takes a CB first,NP,we'll take the top WR left on the board.Doing what I suggested would seriously get into Jerruhs head, not to mention give us a pretty decent/potent team to work with.SO,in that scenario,I would be onboard with Coop AND Jones. We would be in Dullazzs head and have a team that can deal with the Gnats and Skins(there's 6 games right there) and BTW we could have a Jones and Jones at the corners with a top kid ready to learn and go if need be(I love this plan although I am biased lol)

    Wrang said 21st and a 3rd and 4th for the 11 pick(re-read post) It's a guide,not law lol
  10. https://www.drafttek.com/nfl-trade-value-chart.asp According to these folks the NYJ pick is worth 1250 pts Eagles # 21.....800 points. 3rd round pick #85...165 points. 4th round pick #124...48 points. Total=1013. NYJ probably not leaving 237 points out there... You know Wrang already knew this hehehehe🤔 probably lol.
  11. Wrang knows it would take more than a 3rd and 4th to move up 10 spots?...I thought he was being crafty...Hell... what does the Draft Chart say in points for a 21st/3rd and 4th? VS the 11th pick.?...It just seemed to me it would take more for a move like that.
  12. Weren't you guys complaining last year about the lack of draft picks? Not specifically you Wrang. It we trade up it further complicates that problem
  13. No way Joe takes ONLY a 3rd and 4th rounder for #11 hehehehehehe I love your thinking though hehehehe.

That's not necessarily true. If we cut him now then yes that's right. If we cut him after a CBA is agreed, if that happens, then it's only about $16M.

I don't see that happening. Too many players in the NFL have such short lifespans in the league and only worry about the here and now that they will pass it. The top players likely vote no, but the players on the bottom will overwhelm it.

Or 7-7-3 (don't laugh, in 2018 the Browns came very close to actually having THREE games end in ties and finishing 7-6-3 as opposed to 7-8-1).
  17. Amari Cooper was a #1 with Carr and Dak ... 4 times he was pro bowl... if he goes to the Jets with Darnold, I see him as a #1. Robbie anderson with Carr and Dak, I don't see as a 4 time pro bowler. Hey... it's unknown though right.... he could have been a 4 time pro bowler? Cooper was.. he is a known. Right now I want a known. One move via FA on offense, changes things in a big way. Anderson, makes things " not as bad" I don't want " not as bad" As for DeSean with Andy back in 2014 ..... here is probably the key thing here.... https://www.arrowheadpride.com/2014/2/3/5374646/kansas-city-chiefs-salary-cap-space-offseason-2014 DeSean was still in the mode where he wanted #1 WR money ... doubt the Chiefs could convince him to take peanuts to go there. So the question about Andy not getting DeSean in 2014 is like me asking you why you don't own your own yacht? But on top of that, if you recall the timing when DeSean was released, it was way after free agency started, so teams used their cap space with the big $$ guys prior. Not all teams.... as Washington decided he was worth the $$ that they had... but that KC didn't I'm with you about the locker room and not loving DeSean when he didn't make an effort for the tackle when Foles threw the INT in Detroit. With Wentz and the 2020 Eagles, I;m not worried about his attitude when we lose... I'm focused on the guys that can get us from good to winning it all. And DeSean does not hav a history of being able to do it as a #1 ... he also never played next to Cooper with Wentz as his QB. Would be best situation of his career, better than Tampa with Winston and Evans... look at our TE, RB and OL to add to that mix. Plus the coaching. My home run... Cooper, DeSean, early draft pick, Ward, JJAW ... 2nd draft pick as #6 WR/ returner. You put that in place with our offense, then I focus the rest of my key moves on Defense, which includes the rest of my FA and the bulk of my draft picks. If you had this, plus worked that dream trade with the Jets for Adams... would be pretty great start to the off season! You could then focus on the LB and CB spots in FA. Double down those spots in the draft and we are looking good.
  18. I cant see it but maybe you're right. If Dallas doesnt want to pay him I cant see another team doing so at that price. My guess is they franchise him and see what he does this year. If they win the SB then they'll reward him most likely.

I just wonder how many players are unprepared (financially) for a lockout.
  20. Rumor has it the Jets want to move back in the draft because Joe Douglas knows the rebuild will take more than one year and he needs more picks. What do you think about Eagles trading pick 21 plus a 3rd and 4th round this year for pick number 11? LOL
  21. Of course Andy Reid has Tyreke Hill but he didn't have him when Chip Kelly got rid of Jackson. Yes we do have Wentz and not Winston so using your same analogy, How do you know that Robby Anderson is a number two receiver with Wentz throwing to him instead of Sam Darnold? Yes I also agree with Pete Rose when he says, "Show me a good loser and I will show you a loser" however I demonstrated my unhappiness with losing a game in the locker room in private with my team mates.
  22. Can't argue how good of a weapon he is when on field; a TD machine. Just not sure how much to read in to him being a locker room cancer. Very hard to believe this stuff unless heard by own ears. It's like…Yeah could very well be Alshon. Just not 100% w/o audio
  23. Last week
  24. Trini, I hear you about Eskin. Problem is, all the beat writers seem to be..." well I'm 99% confident it was Alshon" but unless he admits it or Josina Anderson admits he was the source. It will never be " confirmed" but I think it's obvious at this point, don't you? Jones... the idea is he can be added in a trade to the Jets since Joe Douglas was here when we drafted him. That is also thinking we sign a CB in FA. Jenkins, I think he comes back too, but " how do you replace him" ...that was the Jamal Adams trade idea. He does all those things too. And yes...the new position coaches...etc. that's a nice idea with them picking their players, but I don't think they will have more input than Doug or Schwartz. What I want from them is simply better coaching once we get the players in here.
  25. Well...Andy has Tyreke Hill... who not only is younger, but IMO much better than DeSean. As for the $10 mil... that's #2 WR money now. I think his value in our system is higher. Plus we have slow WRs... so yeah, worth the #2 WR to us. Also... we have Wentz, not Winston. And big picture, I don't really care the attitude of the team of players when things go bad. Show me a good loser and all I see is a loser. What he did in Tampa 2018 isn't going to matter in 2020 Philly. Compare that to Alshon, all that matters is Philly too. I don't see him as a problem guy. He was caught in the Foles mist... not appreciating the current QB cause the backup in Jax had great timing of 2 games in his otherwise very mediocre career. I hold nothing against anyone... I'm all about what will work for the Eagles in 2020. Our offense needs a #1 WR. DeSean is fine as a 2, even part time DeSean. But perfect world for me... Cooper as the #1 with a high draft pick contributing this year where he can work his way up from 3 to a 1a with Cooper. I'm giving my QB the weapons... those 2 moves... then I can focus on defense. But Robbie Anderson... another #2 WR for $12-14 mil...doesn't work for me.
  26. You have 32 teams... plenty of either hard up... or a team that wants another weapon down the stretch. He won't make even good #2 money next year... a portion of that salary wouldn't be much. I think our fanbase exaggerates how bad he is. He was the best Eagle on the field his last game in Miami. Surely as a 3rd weapon he will have some perceived value down the stretch. But I can see if I was him, where he wants to know where he is going ASAP.
  27. If you cut him it costs $10 mil more. I think the idea of Alshon playing another snap for the Eagles needs to be forgotten. At this point it's about getting rid of him in the least costly way.
