That interview was absurd. The guy is a complete butt head and I'm very happy he's gone. That said, yes the Giants made a bunch of good moves and will be much more competitive this season. If the schedule was a bit easier I'd have them down for double digit wins...but the Giants have one of the more challenging schedules in the league when you factor in travel schedule. It's fair to question how the Birds will handle success. This is new territory for that organization. Insulting Philly and Washington doesn't mean he'll never get a job again...his incompetence and abrasive personality ensures he'll never get a job again.

Pfffffffft. McAdoo can't even handle his own team better yet handle success. Who is this idiot? Didn't you get fired and replaced by a guy who went through our building? This better be a different McAdoo. Ben McAdoo was worse than Chip Kelly. And that's pretty interesting.

"I think Philly, how much success has Philly had?" McAdoo said. "I think they're gonna have a hard time handling success. Dallas, I like their offensive line, but how long have we been saying that? Their defense, they got a bunch of young guys playing DB, Sean Lee is banged up a lot, and their D-line, they got a bunch of guys getting in trouble all the time. And Washington is Washington, right?" He then goes on to say on the Giants and getting Solder - "Getting a left tackle in there will help them in a lot of ways," McAdoo said of Solder. "I don't think he's a very good player" Yes you read that right. It's a good thing they got a guy in there who I think isn't a very good player.. BUT, still picks the Giants to win the NFCE because they made a lot of moves "that I wanted to make" This guy just erased any chance of coaching in the NFL(if anywhere) again. ****.

Well.... Schwartz and vanilla ice cream have a lot in common. But to me, as I've said all along, and why I wanted a top DE taken if he was near BPA last year... Schwartz has had success in the NFL due to having the great players at DL. He needs that. He isn't a JJ that can out scheme you. He relies on his front 4 to get there and then plays behind them. I don't know how profound cover 2, 3, 4, man under or whatever else you want to put that means... when the entire thing is based on 4 guys getting to the QB. You saw the SB ... where did Jenkins play... he covered the RB that had 1 catch. Is it rocket science to throw to Gronk vs Darby .... Amendola who owned Robinson... or anyone that McCloud covered? Run the double move on Mills ... and give Brady credit for that one, I think it was his best throw. But you tell me if its a lot more than having time to throw and then hitting the mismatches that were obviously there? It's not rocket science... just that a lot of other teams don't have the players to do that vs the Eagles defense, especially slowing down the front 4. NE offense has always been about spacing, hitting the WR on the run, using Gronk's mismatch...etc. I don't think anyhting changed.

IDGAF about his numbers, he was a cancer in the NFL and should have never been inducted in the first place. F him.

No, he'll be the first no-show. They should rescind his induction.

I wouldnt be surprised if TO showed up, unannounced, and started doing situps in the parking lot with the fans.

They should really just not say anything about it and do the process as normal. This just makes more drama for media outlets to pick up on and further takes away from the other players in the class.

Exactly. I mean look at the dynasties throughout the history of the game. They do fall away at some point. That doesn't mean to say that they won't come back one day though.

All I know is I'm glad the Eagles don't have to deal with all this.

I wouldn't take the law firm statement as gospel either. They obviously see a pay day here. As for the IG post, I believe she said he was responsible for it, not that he himself did it. Also, its a friend who wasn't there. Police said it was only the victim and a cousin at the house. I wouldn't be surprised if a friend heard her friend got beat, knew about the pre existing beef, and jumped to conclusions accusing McCoy out of anger or whatever emotion she was going through. Which is probably why she deleted the comment and made her IG private. I'd also not take McCoys statement as gospel either, obviously. He claimed he hasn't spoken to them in months which really doesnt make sense when someone you dont want living in your home is in your home. I don't remember this specifically but I believe he dropped the court case in May or June and then re-opened it a few weeks later, which again, doesn't make sense when you haven't spoken or interacted with anyone in months. I do agree it will take a lot more to tie McCoy into all of this. At the moment, it is a weak case. It could just be a friend of McCoy who took action into his own hands and the situation ended up violent. Who knows.

There's the proof Shady is innocent. She was living with LeShawn McCoy. Mistaken identity. If she's going to pursue this against LeSean she should find some better lawyers.

We got the better of the deal because that trade helped lead to the trade with the Dolphins which allowed us to go up to #2 for Carson.

If he did it, he needs to go away for a very long time. If the claims are false, in order to destroy his career and life, then the same punishment needs to be given to those who tried to destroy him with the false claims.

Yes. Falsely accusing him this way could have the effect of destroying his career. Suppose for a moment that he's falsely accused and still convicted. What happens to him? Remember, he's falsely accused, yet still convicted. If her friend is (knowingly) falsely accusing him of this crime, she (or he, I'm just assuming it's a she) should face the same punishment.

We've all known for a good while that McCoy is a shady person. Wasn't it just last year that he was accused of assaulting off duty police officers? Then there's the bus incident and weren't there other things on social media a few years back? He's definitely a talented football player, but he seems to be a POS human being. If the accusations are true, he belongs in prison for a good, long stint, and while I a part of me had wished that our trade offer for him last year had gone through, I'm really glad it didn't. We won it all without him and now we don't have to deal with all of this. I can imagine Goodell putting him on the Commissioners Exempt list while the investigation and any court proceedings take place. I won't be shocked if he doesn't play in 2018.

I am not comparing the players really. But if someone says to compare the body of work than you need to look at the good and bad from both players. Manning has piled up tons of stats. But some of them are really bad stats too. He has won a whole lot of games, but lost a lot too (I think the 5th most losses). Foles has had some rough stretches, and each time the team he was with completely gave up on him even though he has shown he can play brilliantly in the right situation. If the Giants did the same to Manning history would be a lot different. But they didnt. They stuck with him and it worked out well for the most part.
