    NFC Divisional: Vikings @ 49ers

The Niners defense is Freaky Freezy! Envied to be sure. They won't be able to keep all of those Ends.

    Week 10: Seahawks @ 49ers

Both defenses played up to their full capabilities last night. Notice how well the units played with their schemes and calls. No WRs running free, no confusion. They were hitting and even with some of the terrible defensive penalties called, each team just kept playing to their strengths. Plays were being made at every level of the defense for both teams. Each team has genuine difference makers as well.

Clowney's Stats at the Half-Way Mark

I don't care what his contract is or draft compensation will be. He is playing well tonight.

It doesn't matter, their record is what it is because they earned it. Clowney is showing up tonight, that is all.

    Week 10: Vikings @ Cowboys

A possible key to solving the Dallas defense and LB's was Minn. stayed with the run. Minn. had 2 backs who ran hard, catch and used great vision to get yards after contact. Minn. also used misdirection and the backs who had the speed to get outside of the Dline.

    Week 5: Rams @ Seahawks

I am extremely concerned with how Schwartz and this defense is going to deal with Wilson. Let's not forget that the defense couldn't' get to Rodgers who has had a myriad of injuries the last 2/3 years. Yet, he was able to lead the Packers in rushing due to his escapability and the line not maintaining lanes. With Wilson, I think Schwartz needs to look at a couple of Jim Johnson specials. Johnson would often deploy a "mush rush" to defend Michael Vick in his Atlanta days. It often times was so much more effective than allowing the Dlinemen to simply rush the passer fully. Wilson is playing at a MVP level and, with our depleted secondary, the Eagles will clearly need to score and stop the Seattle run. Speaking of the Seattle running game, that Carson kid is the pick that Seattle used in the 7th rd. in the trade that Howie used to pick up Pumphrey in the 4th.

I knew they were running a naked boot there.

Esp. since he didn't have a good year for Detroit. We certainly needed his experience and heft.

Seeing Anderson's effectiveness really makes me wish we retained Blount.

Look at LA CB's playing off. Conceeding underneath completions.

Rams need TD's, Dak is starting to do his thing and LA is having breakdowns at the wrong time.

LA can't lay back and allow Elliot to get going. He is the key to Dallas's offense.
