  2. [News] Jake Elliott Prepares To Kick On Sunday

Pretty sure if they chose him over the veterans they brought in he either performed better or has a significantly higher upside than all of them. Especially with the fact that sturgis could return this season, he obviously showed more than any other kicker we brought in

Maybe he adds it to the game plans in the red zone since we have Blount now

When we need a fullbackina formation trey burton fills the role that's why we don't carry one
  8. ✊🏾✊🏾 one of my favorite eagles
  9. Signing them to get looks and just have bodies to play in the last game can't play a full game with only 35 players(more than likely most players on the 53 won't play)
  10. Love Means!! He really plays his heart out every play!
  11. I think Smallwood will become the lead back closing out the season if not sooner. I agree with NJ he is the closest thing we have to a three down back. He runs hard and can catch and run decent routes from the back field. I think he will be very good for us for a while if he can stay healthy
  12. It's solid logic! My angle on that is that i think Treggs is more useful this year than Clement. Next year, also assuming we lose Sproles and Blount, is that we go big in the draft and get ourselves a formidable RB. Even if we don't, we find the 'next Clement'. And i really don't mean to be ****ing all over Clement. If it sounds that way it is not my intent. He's a good kid and has played well. Thanks for replying. :) I totally understand but I don't really see the sixth receiver whomever it may be getting a lot of work. Assuming we keep pump we have 6 or 7 options...maybe more in the slot with NA, ertz, sproles, hollins, burton, pump and Johnson so I just don't see a lot of playing time for the sixth receiver here but with clement he can run very well return kicks and play on all the coverage teams
  13. Honestly I would rather keep clement over treggs and treggs is one of my favorite receivers on the roster I was one of the first guys to mention him before his preseason game but the fact that we more than likely lose Blount and sproles next year I think clement is more valuable in the long term than treggs because of the younger receivers like hollins, Johnson, Gibson and NA so losing treggs wouldn't hurt as much as losing clement at the moment
  14. [News] Competition Continues To Shape WR Group

He hasn't had a full offseason with us. He was with San Francisco last offseason. Either way I still don't think Gibson will make the roster because Paul turner is a good receiver as well. Gibson is the only receiver, from all the reports I have read, having issues catching the ball consistently
