  1. You go from backup quarterback, a relative journeyman in the NFL, to Most Valuable Player in the Super Bowl, and, yeah, things are going to change. The demands on your time, the size of the stage, the attention – it’s all new for Nick Foles. At the same time, Foles remains true to his core values – faith and family – and that includes the Philadelphia Eagles ... View the full article

  3. It’s draft week! After the long journey here I’m going to take my final guess at predicting who the teams picking ahead of the Eagles will select on Thursday night. I won’t have any trades in this... View the full article
  4. Draft 2018

I think MLB is an area to look at only because of Hicks' injury problems. I like Ajayi and Clement in short yardage. I don't dispute an interest in a "complete" RB, but not just a short-yardage RB Offensive tackle maybe, but I will be very happy with Vaitai as the third OT who can also start on either side Tight end has to be able to do it all. I want another top talent here.
  5. Can we get a rookie wide out with 4.2 speed good hands

6 ... not sure there is THAT guy. But I agree that adding a speed element to the offense, a player the coaches can move around, someone who is used like the Chiefs use Tyreek Hill, would be of great benefit. Agholor showed he has some of that with his versatility. I expect Agholor to take another jump this season.
  6. Reggie White lineup vs center?

He moved around. No doubt about it. Came from inside on a rare occasion or two. Definitely not limited to the edge.
  7. As the Eagles burn up the phone lines talking with every team in the NFL and as the personnel department final, final, finalizes its draft board and as coaches continue to watch video of college prospects just for some last-minute knowledge, the reality is that the team has three very real options on Thursday night: 1. Stay at 32 and take the best player ... View the full article

  11. Twelve receptions, 82 yards, eight touchdowns. Those were the red zone numbers from tight end Zach Ertz in 2017, among the best of all receivers, not just tight ends, in the NFL. The numbers represented The Next Step for Ertz in his football evolution, so now it can be said with full agreement: Zach Ertz is one of the best in the business ... View the full article

  15. The 2018 Eagles schedule is everything you thought it would be – with the usual twists and what-the-??? moments thrown in. There is star power throughout, the prime-time spotlight five times, and a kicker in December that is, whew, a gauntlet to imagine. One of the league’s most featured teams has an up-and-down-and-all-around challenge at each turn. Let’s take a look ... View the full article
