Night Game - That does not preclude one from sweat. Just hope to Jeebus that dumb arse Drayton McLane isn't looking to save a buck & opens the roof for you late in the game.

Houston mostly sucks .... if you're looking for a day trip ... try NASA in Clear Lake.

Drive from one strip mall to the other, sweating.

Then go try to buy beer on a Sunday.

sweat and enjoy the strip malls. That's pretty much all there is to do there.

Going to the game, NASA or sweat while walking around the Zoo, or Moody Gardens in Galveston. That's about it.

wow, this trip sucks so far.

i grew up there and got out as soon as i could. drive an extra hour to galveston and get stung by a jellyfish or stingray. its a way better experience, IMO.

Do yourself a favor and go eat at Freebirds on Greenbriar Blvd. It's toward the downtown area near the stadium. Biggest & Best burrito you'll ever eat.

Went for the Texans-Birds game last year, or whichever year it was.

You could not buy beer on Sunday in a convenience store, etc. At least, you couldn't buy it Sunday a.m.

You could buy it inside the stadium.

Therein laid my problem.

Couldn't buy no stinkin' cases to take to the tailgate.

Went around bumming them off way-too-nice Texans fans. They are the nicest fans in the world, IMHO.
