Mcnabb hasn't enjoyed one single season as the best qb in the division for 3 years now.

And I don't think you are giving Tra enough credit.

Going forward, I just might take Barber and Jacobs over Portis. I doubt many will share my opinion there though.

By 'going forward' do you mean they could surpass him if they keep improving? Or do you mean, that right now they are better than Portis? If you mean the former, I would concur. If you mean the latter, I strongly disagree.

Quarterbacks:

1. Donovan McNabb(2)-should reclaim number 1 spot after this season

2. Tony Romo(3)- Can't win playoff game

3. Eli Manning(1)- Won SB

4. Jason Campbell

5. Todd Collins

Running Backs:

1. Brian Westbrook

2. Clinton Portis

3. Marion Barber(4)- He is Marion Barber

4. Brandon Jacobs(3)- He's a bigger Marion Barber

5. Ladell Betts

Tight Ends:

1. Jason Witten

2. Jeremy Shockey

3. Chris Cooley

4. LJ Smith

5. Kevin Boss

Wide Receivers:

1. Terrell Owens

2. Santana Moss(4) he plays for the redskins....nuff said

3. Plaxico Burress(2) Won SB, had Game winning Catch and KILLS us everytime we play

4. Kevin Curtis(3) 1st year in theis WCO, with a gimply QB AND a 2nd striger tossing him passes annd he still put up good numbers.....this year should be better

5. Amani Toomer or Reggie Brown (TIE)

Tackles:

1. Chris Samuels(2) he is talented too and has been at it quite some time, but he isn't as mean as Runyan.

2. Jon Runyan(1) The Nastiest OL in the game today, not to metion his track record out there, would put him as the number one on my list

3. David Diehl

4. Flozell Adams

5. Tra Thomas(3) For all his health problems he is still a TOP 5 T. Same as Runyan, he has YEARS put in at a consistant level even when hurt. Not saying Adams or Deil hasn't either....but they haven't done it as long as Tra.

Guards/Centers:

1. Shawn Andrews

2. Leonard Davis

3. Chris Snee

4. Andre Gurode

5. Jamaal Jackson

Just a bit bored, figured I'd spit out my thoughts. Flame on.

I'll give it a go. I'm also still celebrating my 4th, so perhaps these will be skewed due to high BAC.

QB:

1 Manning (If Donovan had the hardware, he'd certainly be number 1)

2 McNabb

3 Romo

4 Campbell

5 Feeley (Collins and Feeley have played the same number of seasons in the NFL but Collins is 36)

RB:

1 Westbrook

2 Portis

3 BJ

4 Barber

5 Jones (hopefully it's Booker though)

TE:

1 Witten

2 Cooley

3 Shockey

4 Smith

5 Celek (Boss has the hardware and merits consideration, Davis is another USC flop waiting to happen)

WR:

1 Burress

2 Owens

3 Moss

4 Curtis

5 Randle El

OT:

1 Runyan

2 Samuels

3 Thomas

4 Diehl

5 Janson

OG:

1 Andrews

2 Snee

3 Davis

4 Gurode

5 Thomas

That's what I was gonna say, too.

Moss is a game breaker when healthy. I think Burress is crazy overrated.

Burress had more TDs last year on a bad foot than Moss has had the last two years. Plax is better...and it's really not that close.

are you serious? You put Runyan and Thomas behind Diehl and Adams? Runyan should be number 1 but putting them at 4 and 5?

I would also put Curtis ahead of Moss.

Moss has been injured for these past 2 years. Plax is good based on mismatching heights. That said... I wouldn't have a problem with swapping them on the lists. I even wouldn't have a problem with ratings looking like this:

1. Owens

2. Burress

3. Curtis

4. Moss

5. Toomer/Brown

Moss may never return to form with his incessant injury issues... so he could slip down a bunch.

Who in their right mind would consider Reggie Brown a top 15, let alone top 5 WR in the NFC East? The Eagles are the only team in the division where he would actually have a chance at starting. Reggie Brown isn't even the best WR on his own team.

I agree with you. I know Brown isn't a top 25 WR in the NFL, but he is a top 5 WR in the division. And I do know Curtis had a better year last year, but if I had to start a team, I would take Brown over Curtis.

If Moss were on a better team and was healthy, he'd be one of the better WRs in the league. I don't think Burress is "crazy overrated" though. I think he's overrated, but after last season, I definitely think he's one of the best in the league. He was having a very good year before he got hurt. Stats for the first 6 weeks: 30 rec, 507 yds, 8 TDs.
