Any sightings of Jeremiah Trotter?

Recommended Posts

I know he had a one year deal with TB last year -- I haven't heard anything about any teams even interested in him this year. I'm wondering if he's going to retire. It would be nice if he did a sign & retire deal with the Eagles.

That didn't stop tampa from signing him.

But it did stop him from doing something other than getting a bakers dozen worth of tackles playing in 3 games (all for losses).

Last I heard the 49ers wasted no time when it came to passing on Trotter....

He's done....And I loved watching Trotter play but he can't play anymore...

It's a shame too. He was awesome the second half of the year in 04 when JJ put him in the line-up.

That was the resurgence of JT, a return to his youthful form.

Sure was. In many ways, I think his signing was every bit as important as bringing in TO. Trotter was great in the 2 playoff games leading in to the Super Bowl.

Yes, definitely. He was probably as important to the super bowl run as anybody.

Sorry to see him go out like this. He should have retired before the Eagles released him.

I guess we have no use for him as a mentor and reserve MLB who could coach the system to the young guys. Wonder if he'd play for the vet's minimum?

Where does he live? Check the local knee reconstruction clinic in that area. Should be a good starting point in your search.

Trotter = soon to be 610 wip personality

Ugh. That would suck if Trot became a 610 troll.

We have no use for wasting a roster spot on a backup LB that can't help on special teams. i loved Trotter as much as the next guy, but he is no longer worth a roster spot.

Yeah he was great in '04, but '05 and '06 he sucked and made our D worse.
