What's the best place in Vegas

Recommended Posts

Chaps

I will be in Las Vegas for the week 1 game vs the Rams. Can anyone recommend a nice sports bar showing the Eagles?

Cheers

Hey pal,

how do you do?

I was in Vegas a couple of years ago and nearly every big hotel has a great sportsbar - I was at the Sports Bar at the Mirage, which is great. There's also a big one in the Hard Rock Hotel.

At which Hotel are u staying?

Best regards!

Anywhere is great. Every hotel (if not most) usually has NBA and NFL games on for betting. The best place, in my opinion, is Buffalo Wild Wings XD, can't go wrong with some wings with a game.Wynn Hotel is great too.

They probably have it there too, just go to the casino, you can't miss it.

I love buffalo wild wings. Will they definitely show the Eagles?

I once had a bet going with regards to eating a dozen wings in their hottest sauce. I was not allowed to drink anything and I regretted this bet the morning after...

Same as you - chatting with Eagles fans ;)

Well, I won't be going there. We are having enough ghetto in London at the moment...

Well if you have any more questions you can PM me, a Las Vegas resident, and I can suggest some more great places.

Thats at Chinatown. Really ghetto there.

Chinatown is in the West part of Vegas. Over past the strip on Spring Mountain.

The ghetto part is right. That is right up the street from crack alley.

IMO the best places to watch games are off the strip. Buffalo Wild Wings like you mentioned is a good place. But if you are staying at the MGM GE I wouldn't really look to watch anywhere else. Just stay at the MGM. Pretty much all the hotels are generally the same unless you want to spend big bucks.

Agreed. You can't really go wrong anywhere on the strip if you stick to the nice places. Caesar's is nice because if you're with family you can always hit the forum shops. Or while you are watching the game they can hit the forum shops.

Job done.

Although it might get expensive when my wife spends three hours at the forum shops..

Sports bar called "Off the Strip" is full of Eagles fans every week. Place has a great atmosphere, and really good food too. Check it out and you won't be disappointed.

I've watched a game at the Caesar's Sportsbook and it was pretty cool. Gotta get there early to get a seat and you probably should order a drink or two out of courtesy.

I'd probably opt for a sportsbook over a bar ... figure a large percentage of the people there will be Eagles "fans" (at least for three hours that day) and you can get into some good-natured banter with the opposition too. I'm partial to Caesar's and Wynn. I've heard the Palazzo sports book is nice too. If you're a big gambler, or just know the Eagles well, The M casino has that 'in-game betting' feature.

My $.02 ... have fun, man!
