Douglas long arms should help him reach that WR that is twenty yards ahead of him on the go route. Of coarse with his horrible backpedal and stiff hips it's not like he is making any moves on any underneath routes either. So in a nutshell he has to be good at jamming the receiver at the line and then allowed to hold the receiver as long as possible. This guy is a holding penalty and pass interference call grabbing machine. Good news is he isn't great at tackling and angles so the normal move to S for a player of his talents isn't even a possibility.

Dang we got hosed! Two picks before us was Tankersley. But instead we have to reach for Douglas. Nothing like a slow corner without fluid hips that is high in his backpedal. That usually translates to the NFL.

yeah very weird pick IMO.I would have moved up for Moreau, but that is just me.Moreau and Jones would be awesome!

My kid went to UWyo so I still follow them a bit. I like Brian Hill. Not sure if he can carry the team but he'd give them a good downhill runner maybe in the 5th.

I had a Great Horned owls nest(very rare) in my tree out back last year.It got really windy and knocked the baby out of the nest.Fell a pretty good distance.I called my contacts, they arranged for me to take it to a rescue center on Sanibel.I put it in a box with leaves for support and headed out.I got about 1 mile away and then got hit with flashing lights(cops) I stopped and they asked me if i was the guy with the owl.I said yeah, they said lets roll.I had a police escort all the way(and yeah they were stopping traffic lol)

The rancher next door to us was running a field for hay and came across a nest of Turkey Eggs they had disturbed... they were left completely exposed and they feared it been abandoned. so the next day she gave the eggs to my wife who does chickens and she incubated and had a 100% hatch and we were able to grow them out until they were "JUST" barely not capable of flight, and released them on our property... hunters have probably gotten to them by now, that was several years ago.

It does? Out of all the RB scenarios you have to start the day w/ the negative one, why? Sounds like we have 5 more picks and there are some good ones.

I guess I was not looking at anyone past the 5th as being a plan A option... but like I said Jeremy Nichols is there... Perine will be gone if we stay put

Keeping Rmat? We all figgered he was toast here,so I will see if there are any viable guys left.I was also mad Conner went to the squealers.Remember I said he was a lock 2/3 before? Went in 3.I though maybe he would fall farther so we could get him,but oh well.We needed the CB's

Howie made a quote just before the Draft started about being really encouraged about RMatts health and look forward to a strong year from him or something to that effect

The announcers praised his ball skills but tore him up about being of ANY value in the run game... Mayock went so far as to say that he didnt think that Tankersly could be coached up to do that at the next level
