Help - First time in Philadelphia

Coming to Philadelphia for the first time for a game this weekend vs the Giants and in need of some assistance. How would you recommend getting to the stadium? Finding parking or would it be better to get an uber or cab? we are staying in a hotel by the airport. 

Also, what are the best things to do in Philadelphia? I know Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell are things we should check out but what are other good things to do around the city to keep us busy on Friday and Saturday? Also, is there an Iowa Hawkeye bar in town for the Penn St game or somewhere we can watch the game without getting too many people riled up, ha.

Last, where are good places to eat around the city. Always like to ask locals for good restaurants and places to eat. We will need to get the best Cheese Steak in town obviously. Thanks for any help and cant wait to watch our first Eagles game in person.
